Love this office. Not sure why now it s harder to get an appt in a shorter amount of time than it used to be.

Text messages at 7 a.m. about your schedule is totally inappropriate. A phone call to confirm the appointment is all that is necessary!

Crosswinds Animal clinic made my dogs exam safe and easy with all of the Covid protections for me. Thank you Crosswinds , everything was well thought out.

Dr Roach and team are the best! Every vet that I have had is great, dr rich is my favorite! Her bubbly personality kept the appointment fun and her staff was so helpful

All of the vets that we have met have been great & are doing a good job during this Covid pandemic in managing the appts. Would it be possible to have doctors notes available in the Crosswinds portal? Would it be possible to conduct televisits for certain situations?

During this crucial time the office could not be used.

I understand people are concerned regarding Covid. But not allowing people into the office seems extreme. Although the doctor called to discuss My dog’s exam results it was a poor connection & hard to hear.

Appointment was a drop-off blood draw. It was easy to schedule and the procedure for the appointment was explained and followed. As always, staff was friendly. Results were timely and explained well.

I always have great visits with the staff and doctors here. Love this office!

I wasn t able to go into the office due to the COVID precautions, so I feel like my experience was limited. I was happy with my experience and made appointments for my other 2 dogs.

I was very worried about my pet and they took great care of him.

I just love taking my cats to Crosswinds. I appreciate everything y all do in keeping my furbabies healthy, even though they think dieting is for the birds!!! LOL

I’ve only been to your office twice but I am very happy with the doctors and staff. Jasmine was treated very kindly. The doctors explained everything to me thoroughly and gave me time to ask questions. Your office was highly recommended by volunteers at Friends For Life. Thank you for your kindness and gentleness with my baby.

I just want to say thank you for being an incredible office! I have had a different vet each time I ve brought my puppy in, and each time I ve felt incredibly confident that my baby gets the best care she possibly can! She is an absolute nervous wreck at vets and always has been since we rescued her a couple of years ago, but she has been the least nervous around your staff and I cannot express what a relief that is, so thank you very much!!

I feel the doctor was not forthcoming on the cost. My appointment was scheduled fair a rabies shot. I did not see the doctor that has been treating Thor for the past two plus years. This doctor totally reversed everything Dr Vera had done. My total out of pocket for the visit was $675. This is a far cry from just the cost of a rabies shot and an office visit cost. These are very rough financial times, but that did not seem to matter with all the extra allergy related costs I was told were needed. I tried to tell the doctor that sons of these allergies are ongoing and that Thor handles them ok. I was sent home with two prescriptions on top of two medications that crosswinds provided. No information on the cost of these prescriptions was supplied. The two prescriptions were over $300. I am very disappointed. I am afraid to return in two weeks for a follow up appointment.
