From the front desk, technicians and Dr Roach each and every time, the experience and level of care is exceptional. It is important that I feel that my pet is a #1 priority at the time she is there and receiving care. Not just because it s someone s job, but because the staff truly cares. Thank you for making such a stressful day, not only on Lily but myself more bearable by taking time to communicate with me and by giving me a clear understanding of what will take place and what my responsibilities are as her parent/owner. I believe even though you are highly educated and skilled medical professionals you also have a connection with your patients. You run your practice with compassion and the highest medical ethics. The veterinarian spent a lot of time with me and was very thorough in explaining my cat’s care plan. She answered all my questions and never felt rushed. Very happy with my visit and really liked the precautions they took for COVID-19.

My furbabys appointment went very smooth. I love Dr roach and staff I would never take my dog anywhere else. I recommend them highly.

The doc spent maybe 45 seconds on the phone with me. She couldn’t even tell me his weight. I have one star on cleanliness because there is no N/A rating. I wasn’t allowed in the clinic. Now that schools, gyms, movie theaters, etc are open, your clinic should be open to people also. Especially to brand new clients. We could be taken directly to an exam room. All transactions could be done the same as they were while I stood on the sidewalk.

Entire staff are always friendly, courteous and professional. I truly appreciate you taking good care of my family for me.

Took Bruno for a wellness check and vaccines.Since Covid precautions are in place I was not able to go into the office while he was examined. But I was able to talk to the doctor on the phone, she clearly explained all the points, and Bruno was returned to me happy and playful. A positive experience for us both, we will be back.

I think as a new patient that the Dr. Should at least come to the outside waiting area and say hello. I understand this would take valuable time but it would be worth it. We as consumers have had to accept a lot of change and if we are in this together then we all need to change and make time for the new normal. If your schedule is too busy then lighten it up.

We were new to the practice and felt welcomed. Thorough exam and lots of discussion. Great place

in covid time no actual in person visit. Dr Roach did call & explain what she saw. we did lab work & urine sample. i received a call regarding those very quickly. I will schedule outpatient Rabies vaccine & small blood as soon as possible. probably separately for cost reasons.

I recommend this office often. I brag about you all and how wonderful you are. I have been so happy with how you treat me and my furry kids. You were sympathetic to the loss of my good ol boy and have been helpful with my ol ladies and their various issues. I always feel my kids are well cared for.

Let me begin by saying that the doctor was attentive and thorough, answering my questions/concerns more than satisfactorily. However, the fact that I had never met this particular doctor (on previous visits) and the fact that I was not allowed to accompany my pet (who is uncomfortable around new people as part of her personality or possible trauma prior to her life in my home) into the office was a big negative. Additionally, for this reason, I was unable to observe the cleanliness of the office and therefore - though I checked the N/A box, I marked the rating of 1 star. I hope by the time I need to bring my pet back into the office in a few months, face to face visits will be resumed.

Unparralled support and explanation by doc. Really remarkable and grateful. From scheduling to day of appointment, the process/reminders/safety protocols left me very impressed. 5 star service all the way- please keep it up.
