I love my Crosswinds Animal Clinic care team. For almost two years we have all worked together to keep my 20 year old cat as healthy as possible. Reception, techs and Doctors are the best. Covid life has been a challenge. I was stressed about whether my vets office was going to be an essential service and whether my cat would receive the care he needed. Crosswinds is open for business and meeting all the needs for my cat and I. Best vet move I have ever made. I m so happy to be here!

The Tech who took Derby in was great! I explained my needs and that of Derby....One of the best visits I ve had ...I wish I could have spoke with the new Doc but I dropped my phone outside...Thanks.

I waited an hour and a half for my appointment without having my pet seen. I can’t wait around all day. I finally called and cancelled or who knows how long I would have waited. This was very rude and you can blame Covid, but you need to have better communication in place. Had I known at my appointment time (or before) that the wait would be that long, I would have rescheduled. Instead, I waited and received NO service.

I really appreciate everyone that I came into contact with at the clinic. Starting with the person on the phone and ending with the person who charged my account. I would not change anything, they do a great job! Thank you!

Because appointments fill up so quickly, it would be helpful if staff could schedule up to 3 months out.

I just want to thank all of you. My girl has some anxiety and your staff is very accommodating when it comes to dropping her off. I know she is in good hands and even though she looks at me with sad eyes, I know she will be showered with attention. Thank you!

This was our first appointment with Dr. Mitchell and I absolutely appreciated all the time she spent on the phone with me addressing all of the questions I had (which were a lot). I was so happy leaving the visit knowing that my dogs were in such good hands. Because I have been taking the pandemic seriously, I love that you are still doing curbside appointments. I wish that people did not congregate around the door waiting for their pets. (It could have just been the day I was there though!)

Extremely long wait time

Crosswinds has been treating our dogs for four or five years.I have the highest praise for the doctors and staff! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

If the office is short staffed and running more than 15 min late please let the customers know. Waiting 30 minutes is not always an option. Thank you

I have been with dr. roach for 26y. I normally have great expericences but with this Covid its just different. I get it. I am a healthcare worker. Its just different and I realize you are trying to make it work as well. I miss the one on one attention showed to our pets. Please keep up the good work!!

This appointment was jus a pre-op blood draw and I did not see the doctor

The day after my appointment I really needed to speak with the Dr. my dog was doing worse and I needed to discuss options to put her down- a very sensitive emotional topic. I called twice and was assured I’d receive a call back before closing. No call back from the Dr. not even a tech. I got a call from a receptionist telling me to take my dog to the ER. I didn’t appreciate that. I felt I was left to make these big decisions without proper guidance and information. I will not go there again.

It was not made clear before the appt that I would not be going in with my pet. Given the nature of the letter on the door , I think it would help alleviate some of your grievances if an extra step was taken during scheduling to let people know this ahead of time. The vet did give me more time on the phone than most vets give me in person though, so that was appreciated

Crosswinds is excellent. The staff is so helpful, I can not say enough good things about Phoebe, Montana, Dr. Roach and every single person I have interacted with. I highly recommend !

I appreciate that I was able to schedule my cat in for an urgent appointment the next day to see to her eye. Thankfully there wasn t a problem with her but I am glad that I didn t have to wait the whole weekend before her being seen.

Crosswinds Animal Clinic is a great place. They take great care of my cats, and the place is very clean with a fantastic staff.

I was sad to read Dr. Roach s letter regarding client behavior related to the safety standards being used to keep staff and clients safe during the pandemic. I hope the Starbucks card brought some joy and makes up for the few who feel they are entitled to special treatment. Thanks for caring for our furry kids.

This was my first visit. Excellent check in process. I felt my cat was in good hands. The procedure was done quickly and I had a call from the vet to explain how everything went. All around, great experience!!!
