After being with Dr Roach from 1997 to 2014 with my dog Tia & we both just loved Dr Roach & her staff back through those years. I did not get the same feeling when I came in this past week with my two new puppies. I actually considered taking the puppies elsewhere until I spoke with Dr. Mitchell. She very much reminded me of Dr Roach. I was very pleased with her approach, her information & overall experience. However, the techs & front desk people I encountered on Wednesday left a lot to be desired & even nearly lost a long time customer who has referred numerous people over the years.

This visit was much improved from my last experience with my other dog Ben. I transferred his care to another clinic but still like crosswinds for my other pets. I just had a not so good experience but you guys earned my trust back! Thank you!

We did not see a doctor it was only a Tech appointment

This is not sent with animus I just do not understand why pet owners cannot be in the offices with their pet. Doctor’s offices are seeing patients... As pleasant as the vet was in telling me the check up with my dog went fine etc. I am paying for a full service and receive a short telephone conversation. It’s not the same and I feel it is well past the time to allow pet owners onto the premises.

Every one was very kind and gave both Bernie and Pearl the care that we expect to receive when they need the it. Thank you again.

Love this hospital. The staff is simply the most caring, compassionate, knowledgeable staff of any hospital I have ever been to (and I have been to many over the years). Prices are reasonable and the doctors never push for what I feel are unnecessary treatments. The client plays an active role in deciding where to go with treatments and I have always been provided an estimate prior. Seriously, if you live in the east valley, this is your hospital!!!

The office staff and drs are very helpful. They listen and address al my concerns. When I need them to repeat so I can understand better, they are patient. Even if I call back alter int he day to clarify something, they are prompt and willing to do so. They take the time to gently get to know my dog. I a really appreciate that care and concern.

I called crosswinds 12/29 after my dog broke his nail and it was bleeding. The office told me what to expect and how long I would need to wait. They squeezed him in even though I know they were busy. They took great care of him and called after his surgery was completed and again after he woke up from the sedation. I really appreciate them helping us during a busy time of year. He is recovering well. I would definitely recommend them.

I assume the office was clean. :) I was referred by a friend to your office when I could not get my cat in elsewhere due to the holidays. Everyone I interacted with in person or over the phone was so kind and helpful! I would absolutely recommend this clinic to others. A great experience!

The dental procedure is so expensive I am checking with other vets to get it done. Last year I was quoted 650.00 and this year 1,470 dollars. I have friends who got their dogs dental for 500.00.

Train more

Dr. Roach spent 20 minutes on the phone with me before she looked at my kitten. I appreciate all the suggestions that she gave me, since I am new to cat behavior. Techs in lobby were cordial and called me today to see how Ember was doing. Excellent service. As a returning pet owner I would not go anywhere else! Thank you!

I do not understand why we can not join our dog inside. Especially being a new client. We go to our human doctors and dentists by taking our temperature and wearing a a mask. We can even stand 6 feet apart and not wait in the waiting room. Other vets allow one of us to join our dog.
