The staff at this clinic are amazing. They didn’t laugh when I told them I was nervous to clean my dogs ears or trim his nails. Just the opposite. They invited me in to teach me how to do it! I will ALWAYS go here for all vet needs.

Staff was wonderful in helping when my dog slipped her leash and was running around the parking lot. I could never have caught her. They went far above and beyond to help

I do not understand how this form works. Mind you, I have a doctorate degree. I would suggest using a different system. Generally, I was very pleased with the care. I would give an overall rating 4.5.

We have had many visits at Crosswinds Animal Clinic and are very pleased with the care our dogs have received over the years. The staff is friendly, courteous and thoughtful. I encourage others to bring your animals to them for care!

I was not able to see the office due to Covid restrictions. I am also a nervous dog owner that needs to say all of how I feel and I did not feel like the “nurse” that checked me in gave me that opportunity nor was she very kind of she had to repeat herself because I did not understand what she was saying. I love my fur babies like they are my kids so handing them off to strangers despite coming to Crosswinds for years now is almost as traumatizing on me as it is for my babies.

I just want to say THANK YOU! After struggling to find a good vet for years, I can t give Crosswinds high enough praise. When my dog was injured and my previous vet couldn t get us in and failed to offer any sort of help or solution, you guys booked us the same day and got my dog in immediately. You listened to all of my concerns, helped answer my long list of questions, and were gentle and kind to my hypersensitive pup. For the first time, I feel like I have found a vet that cares about my dog just as much as I do. Thank you so much for your excellent service, I will be bringing my furry loved ones here moving forward!

I didn t see the office being we are still kept outside. With the summer about here, I feel we should be allowed inside. We can be spaced apart as far as waiting and wear masks, but it s been a year and it should end!!

I didn t get to meet the doctor in person. This is ridiculous during COVID - you are medical office. If you are unwilling to accept the risk of face-to-face interaction like every other medical business in the world, then you are in the wrong industry. This was a terrible experience at your office and a horrible way to welcome a new patient.
