Yes it was easy to schedule; staff is always friendly; unfortunately they had to wait for ME; Dr. Roach always spends more than adequate time with me; Dr. Roach addressed all my concerns; cost estimates were well defined; office was clean. My comment is I could not select a star on any of these questions. So I had to explained here.??

I m so grateful for Crosswinds twice in the past 3yrs. Every single time i ve used them, they have been so accomodating to my emergency(as i see it). I m going to make sure i continue to use them and bring in my other dogs information for his next appointment. Thank you so much for your kindness with every visit! Highly recommend them.

I think Dr. Roach needs to keep the language professional as there was way too much cursing. Not at me but just in general. I ve seen her before and she never talked that way so I was shocked when I heard her using it quite a bit.

The tech wasn’t friendly at all. I asked about my dog and she didn’t give me an answer or any tips on how to help the situation. She acted like I should have known what to do. I didnt speak to the Vet but usually it’s a great experience over all until this visit.

My appointment for a well-check was at 8am. Why schedule at that time when your pets in for surgery and procedures are being checked in at that time? I wasn t taken back for 15-20 minutes while I watched all the surgery/procedure pets going back. So, some constructive criticism on the scheduling. Everything else was great.

The vet tech was very nice and made sure I had all my questions answered. Dr. Richardson was new to my dog and I, and we would definitely like to see her again. She was patient with my dog, Dudley and let him stay on my lap of he wanted to. She also was very attentive to our needs and made sure she had answered all of my questions. I was thankful for the list of suggested dental care products as well.

Quality care, quality people. Left my kitty for a dental cleaning. Received a follow up call from Dr. Mitchell letting me know things went well, probably better than expected! It was timely and informative. Later received a call/msg from Sdney, letting me know about after care and kitty pick up. Once home, I received a call the next day checking in on Ash. So, thankful for all of my kitties vet care team!

The wait once in the exam room was too long for my already nervous dog, and a vet and 2 techs was too much for my dog in a small room.

I expected an appointment with the doctor who would perform the procedure, not a different doctor who obviously did not agree with the procedure & proceeded to taint the appointment with her prejudices and attempts to guilt & shame me for the decision. I will not return to your clinic for this reason.

Everyone was beyond friendly and patient when we first came because my fur child seemed to have forgotten his listening ears. I have never felt more comfortable in a vets office. The wait was not long and I did not feel rushed at all. Thank you for such an amazing experience!
