My pet was seen on emergency status because my regular vet “ didn’t have an appointment available for several days” I had explained he was bleeding and I was told we’ll go to an emergency vet. My daughter called this facility and Shadow was seen a few hours later. I am so impressed by Crosswinds. All the staff are caring, compassionate and professional. It’s obvious that they really care for their customers and the pets they care see. It was a A+ visit and I will not be returning from the previous vet. Thank you Crosswinds Pet Hospital.

I was not told of the mask mandate until came to the office so I was not prepared. I had to buy a mask so I was pretty frustrated. This could have been something told to me before coming.

The staff and Drs are awesome as always! I am glad to be back in the office again!

I wish all vet offices would have a place for people to wait when they are putting a dog down. I brought my exuberant lab in and felt bad that I was waiting next to someone facing loss of their pet. But everything else was great. My pup was thirsty after daycare and a tech brought her a bowl of water. The doctor was very caring and really listened. Thank you!

Always friendly staff, never feel rushed. Concerns addressed. May take longer to get an appointment with preferred vet than in the past, but guess that is a sign of the times.

I had a wonderful experience as a new client. All the staff were welcoming, friendly and extremely helpful. Vet was personable and down to earth. I LOVE that she got down on the floor with my pet and played and snuggled him. You could really see that she loves what she does. We weren’t just another dollar sign or faceless client in a group of many others. As a nurse, I find that it absolutely makes a difference. I would most definitely recommend services with this clinic and that is only after our one visit. I look forward to my pug Edgar receiving all his necessary health care here.

Staff and vet were very pleasant.

The whole team was very professional. We especially appreciated the efficiency and timeliness. Our only concern was the inability to keep our pets over night should that be necessary.

This vet family had been wonderful to work with & Dr Roach is simply the best! I hope at some time in the future that appts for our rescue dogs would be easy/sooner to get.
