I had three dogs in on two days. On my last visit with Roo Roo, there was an issue with the girl in the waiting room. Not sure if she is a vet tech, or a helper. Anyway, she did not have my leash and I thouht she took it when she took Ro. i was wrong, and had it. However, I felt attached by her when she said that that I did not have a leash today I told her I did and she again challenged me which put me on the defensive. We argued strongly. In the end, she was right, but she could have been much less threatening. Maybe she had a bad day or something, but she made that experience regretful. Anyway, otherwise I love you guys and have been with you since I believe 2002.

Dr. Roach does an excellent job of keeping our dogs healthy! She has an amazing balance of great medical knowledge with genuine concern for all of our pets. She and her clinic have taken care of our pets for more than 2 decades, and we are so grateful for her skills!

I was so disappointed I sent a letter that day. I got a response that said it would be passed on to the OM - but I have not received a call or email - compounding my disappointment. Our experience with the Dr. and the tech was not good at all to say the least.

Duke was very sick. And the front desk girl was very rude. I understand it was Monday morning and lots of calls. But is this a emergency or can you hold isnt how you should answer the phone. I got left on hold for 17 minutes. I hung up and called back. And again Is this a emergency or can you hold? I said I didn’t know if it was a emergency. I told her how suck duke was. She said they couldn’t do surgery today. And it would cost me 4500 if they could. All they could do was X-ray. Well I started crying. Then she was like we can see him at 10. I love Dr roach she saved dukes life on Monday. And I’m so very thankful. Nicole Martinelli

While waiting for a prescription to be filled, I was in the waiting room at the front desk and the telephone was ringing for a considerable number of times but the receptionist did not answer it and the phone began to ring again and still she did not answer. I was told when I came in that she was training but I think she should have the ability to answer a phone and ask if they could hold while she went to get someone to take the call. I would have been very upset if I was that customer calling about my animal and no one there to answer the phone. The woman who was training the new girl was extremely helpful to me as was the technician who was filling the prescription. Thank you for your concern for and care of my little animals!
