Everyone was great! It was a well check to make sure my new little guy was in good health.

I was very unhappy with the 3% non cash fee. That is very high. Your office is not charged a 3% fee for debit/credit so why pass down an exorbitant amount to us? We may be looking elsewhere for veterinary care. We felt taken advantage of at a time when all price increases are currently being passed down to us from every direction.

Dr. Roach still rocks! Through her various staff members being affected by COVID or other illnesses, she is resilient & is continually engaged in her clinics activities. She doesnt hesitate to step in to ensure that her staff are following standard processes & they are kept on their toes and follows thru when questions or concerns are surfaced with the clinics clients. Although she talks faster than a seasoned auctioneer and can be a challenge at times to keep up with, Dr. Roach doesn t make her clients feel inadequate when they are experiencing information overload . Through all of challenges that have hit her clinic, her sense of humor remains in tact & she should consider becoming a part-time comedian cuz she is a hoot!
