We are very happy with the care that they all give our Finnlee.

Not pleased with being charged 3% for using my debit card. Crosswinds should offer the debit card feature (minimal fee) and not make all debit charges a credit charge.

This was the third Vet I tried for our new puppy and it was by far the best experience I’ve had! Our Pomeranian was so comfortable in this office. No crying when he was given his shot. Not long waiting. The Vet took her time with me and answered all my questions. Very easy to set up the appointment. Best customer service!

This was my first visit to your clinic. The technician did not introduce herself, nor did the doctor. So that would’ve been a nice touch. I thought your pricing was fair and I appreciate the fact that the doctor did not pressure things on me that weren’t that necessary.

The requirement for a full visit for vaccine shots is a little astounding. Why doesn t Crosswinds offer vaccine shots without the need for a full visit? My dogs have annual physical examinations and it s pricey to spend $200.00 for the dogs to receive one flu shot. Especially when one dog just had a full visit in November and the other dog a full visit in October.
