very good as always. I noticed an extra charge for my cat being difficult. He can be a bit of a pain sometimes so I think it’s justified. It’s too bad I can’t show my cat the receipt to show him that other people think he’s a pain lol

Great staff and group of vet techs! It s nice to feel comfortable with them on routine care for our pet, rather than having to pay for a vet appointment. While cost efficient care is nice, paying through Zelle or Venmo would be easier for pet parents than with cash (assuming no surcharge).

I LOVE this clinic! Great customer service. Friendly staff. You can tell they love their job! The only complaint I have is that I was not told of the transaction fee added to our bill, I m assuming for using a credit card. If known ahead of time, I would have brought cash.

I am very appreciative that everyone took the time and listened to me when I was explaining about my husband and Tiger passing.

Not only were we satisfied with our visit, our puppies were also. We have been longtime customers of Crosswinds and will never consider going anywhere else for care. The service is always individualized to our needs. Our vet actually sits on the floor to examine our dogs and interacts with them during the examination. The staff assistants are also highly competent, capable and professional. Their follow up is outstanding.

The doctor got the weight amounts mixed up and though the cat had lost 3/4 lbs she had actually gained 3/4 pounds. The tech didn t take the cat s temperature because she did not to put the cat through the process, given how ill the cat looked. However, that being the a temperature reading would have been useful.

It would be very nice to recieve discounts from being a customer for a long time or a senior discount.Truly i believe Customers would come in more often if they could get a break. Just my thought..I have been coming there since 2006..And now only on Social security..

I was very impressed with the care and professional attitude from all of the staff we encountered when we brought in our 17 year old dog (OK 17 tomorrow), who wasn t eating or drinking. His vomiting and diarrhea put him in serious condition. His treatment was a challenge since he can sniff out a pill 10 feet away! I am happy to report he is feeling much better. He is still old and slowing down but I appreciate whatever time he has left. Thank you

The doctor was great; but I did feel like she was a little rushed. I will definitely come back to see Dr Mitchell.

Great staff and providers, all around. We recommend you to lots of folks, with the warning that appointments can be hard to get quickly.
