Very friendly and helpful staff. It was our first visit,did not know what to expect, happy that the Dr and his staff were informative and did a great job with the spaying of our little girl.

Excellent staff immediately cleaned the exam rooms afte each use.

The entire staff was amazing! We were greeted at the entrance and right away we were in a very clean room. I would highly recommend this Animal Medical Center.

After 4 try s to find a capable vet in the valley. I m grateful that I have finally found one in Animal Medical Center of Surprise. The staff and the Dr. is what a vet clinic is suppose to be about. I now have a peace of mind that I can take my dogs to the vet and get the treatment they need. Thanks to all at Animal Medical Center of Surprise.

Excellent service

My dog and I have always encountered great care at this clinic. I called when the clinic opened on a Saturday morning and was able to get in within the hour for an acute problem. Everyone was kind and friendly and I felt as though my dog was getting good care. My dog is family to me and I believe that Animal Medical Center of Surprise understands that.

I was very pleased with everyone at your facility! I brought my dog in for an emergency because her regular vet could not see her, but because of your quick response and everyone being helpful and nice I will be switching all my dogs over to you guys!! Thank you again for everything!!

Came in for the first time with an emergency. Was seen quickly. Staff and doctor vary pleasant and professional. Was told we would get a call the next morning but did not. Not sure if we are to make a follow up appt. So will just call if needed. Thank you all your help.

My BF and I were beyond pleased with our services we received this past Saturday for our cat, Gemma. This was our first visit here, we noticed Gemmas name on the white board for new visitors (so cute!), we were greeted and taken care of immediately and received outstanding care from the tech and veterinarian. This is one of the best vets I’ve been to. I’m new to the area and had a sick cat that was previously seen in a local Emergency clinic. My cat was not improving and I was very concerned. They saw us immediately and provided exceptional customer service and compassionate care. I highly recommend them!

I appreciate the fact that your office was willing to help me when I was unable to get any help anywhere else. Being able to get our dogs in same day is not something we need often but is a huge help when it happens. I plan on bringing our other pets to your practice in the future.

Best animal medical center that we have been to in Arizona. Staff is outstanding in the area of customer service. When you arrive you are greeted cheerfully and they greet your pet in the same manner. The appointments are easy to make because of the organization that is apparent throughout the clinic. We never feel that we like we are in a factory type situation. Doctor Panquin is a great veterinarian.

So happy to have found this wonderful, caring place.
