All good. Bella loved it so I loved the visit.

Everyone was wonderful :) I came in a mess, baby on the hip and almost 60pound scared dog pulling me around. Baby pooped in the room, dog sprayed his anal gland skunk sack.. I felt so terrible for the vet and the assistant (vet tech?). Vet tech (sorry if I got your job title wrong!) was a super nice lady who told me it was ok (the smells going on in that tiny room were NOT ok) with a smile (I assume, cause masks). She offered later to help me out to my car, I hesitantly declined and she asked several times if I was sure (I was almost out the door without showcasing any more of the hoopla that is my new mom life! I couldn t risk anymore!). But yes, everyone was wonderful. Thanks so much!! Love, The woman with the stinky baby and dog.

Everyone was friendly, patient and honest about my dog’s wellbeing. Will definitely come back when necessary.

I was pleased with the caring shown to our Callie. She was a rescued feral cat and doesn t do well with strangers yet the technicians and doctor were patient and we were surprised with how well Callie did around those who worked with her. Thanks!

Everything was excellent, as always. My dog had a seizure so I wanted to bring her as soon as possible so I appreciated being given an appointment right away.

The staff is always amazing to us and Luna loves the staff. We always appreciate the time everyone takes to make sure we understand everything and feel welcomed. For us Luna is our four legged kid so it s nice to know others treat Luna the same as family. A+ as always!

Two times now I was unable to get my dog into my previous veterinarian with semi emergency situations, first appointment would have been one week out! When I called your office, you had me come in within an hour and the care was excellent! I thank Dr Pacquin and his very kind staff for their comfort, kindness and excellent care for Mr. Harper.

Very happy with the service and staff!

I was not impressed with the male vet nurse that we saw on Sunday. He was really impersonal and almost rude. He did not introduce himself, so we did not know if he was the vet, or who he was. I gave him my dogs records and he just left them in the room. I was told to give this clinic a second chance, and I’m glad that I did because everyone else is WONDERFUL!

In addition to always being friendly and patient, I appreciate the steps they ve taken to prevent the spread of the Covid virus.

Staff was very accommodating and provided outstanding customer service. They care just as much about their customers as the animals we bring in. Thank you for all your help!
