I love my first visit with the clinic, even during a pandemic we were seen quick and both me & my boyfriend were allowed to be with my dog while he was being examined. The staff was super friendly and kind towards my dog. I live in Glendale yet I will make the drive to see them again for my puppy needs!

Best experience with a Veterinarian for more than 50 years. The staff was excellent and very friendly. The doctor spent all the time necessary to check out my puppy and explain her needs. He spent the time to answer all of my questions. I never felt like he was rushing me along. Excellent, would highly recommend.

You know how much we love our pets and you understand that we are going through difficult times financially due to Covid-19 so you gave us options that we could afford at this time to ensure the health of our babies . We really do love and appreciate you all. Thank you.

Great place to take your loved pet!

I went in as an emergency because I couldn t get in with my normal vet. The appointment wasn t until 11:20 but when I showed up at 10:55 they took us in and I was seen sooner and left before my appointment was supposed to happen. They were very thorough and explained everything to me about what was wrong with my Ren.

Everyone was caring and plenty of information and follow up. My new veterinarian for sure!

I really appreciated being able to get in to have my cat seen by the vet so quickly.

I was blown away by this place. You guys truly are amazing. I live out in Buckeye but I 100% will be bringing all of our pets here. You guys care about the animals and the pet parents. I am so extremely pleased.

I was surprised not to see a sink in the exam room to clean my hands or to clean up any mess my fur baby may have done. But generally the staff was great on the phone, at the front desk & in the exam room. Was truly surprised to get the blood work results in minutes! Thanks so much again, and will see y’all in the future. Will definitely recommend your office to others. Stay safe ??

I don’t like that my dog is taken to the back to have a shot. I like to be in the room with my dog when the shot is administered.

I do not understand why dogs do not have to be in a crate and cats do! My cat has never been in a crate and it would scare her to death!

I wish human medical practices were as professional and efficient as Animal Medical Center of Surprise.

Very clean and felt safe with the safety precautions. Dr was very informative.
