We were in Phoenix visiting family for Thanksgiving, when our precious 12-year old, yellow lab became ill, we were frantic. When I called Monday morning, the staff was extremely helpful, friendly and empathetic. Were were able to get in at 9am and when we walked in the door, the entire staff was ready to examine Ginger. I will highly recommend this facility to everyone I know. Thank you again for responding so quickly, getting us in quickly and for the efficiency and effectiveness of all; from the vet to the entire front office staff. Well done! Everything was great, but like all vets it is always very expensive especially since I am now a widow and my income is cut down quite a bit. Maybe a Senior discount would be nice but it probably is not acceptable to the business. The Dr. & staff were excellent.

We just moved from out of state (3 weeks) and had not seen a new vet yet. Our dog had hurt her knee and needed to be seen ASAP. We called around to other vet offices and they had weeks to months appts. We called AMC of Surprise and they got us in that day. The staff were very friendly and professional. The vet we saw was amazing. We have decided to bring both our pets and make AMC our new veterinarian office. Nice to find people who care so much as we do for our fur babies.

It was my first time ever bringing my dog to the vet for something and I felt so comfortable the whole time, the vet tech was super sweet and made my baby girl feel as comfortable as she could, the Vet also was great, he was able to talk me through everything. Overall the best experience. Super genuine staff. This will be my go to vet for any of my dogs future needs.

Having just moved here and our dog getting hurt and in pain your office was the only one willing see us the same day. The care you gave was so great and our dogs pain was 70 % less the next day and now her pain is almost gone .We will be happy to call you our Vet. Wonderful folks at this clinic! Dr. is GREAT! He really knows what he is doing. Our pup is now doing great and we can sleep at night without worry!

My puppy needed some attention soon. I called 5 other offices to try to get him in. It was a 2 day wait. Then i called Animal Med Center and got an appt in an hour. So glad. Loved the care they gave.
