Dr. Shirmer was so knowledgeable and I felt very confident taking my dog there. He had previously been seen by two other clinics and neither of them suggested imaging. She also suggested the injectable antibiotics as opposed to traditional oral meds. The vet tech and the front desk were so helpful and informative. I wish I had gotten the name of the vet tech but she was so kind and gentle with Victor. She also answered all my questions and eased my concerns. Your clinic manager, Brenda, I think is her name, she was wonderful. She is so personable and really put me at ease and explained the pricing for the puppy plan. I felt really comfortable taking Victor there and I m looking forward to future visits. The clinic is so we ll run and operates so smoothly and efficiently. Thank you, Barbara Paschall

This is not normally my vet. I called my vet for a cat with a possible ear infection. No one could/would see Jake until the following week or after Christmas. They were very accommodating for us. I liked the staff they were all friendly and helpful to both Jake and myself. I loved walking in and seeing all the beloved s pet names on their board . Interesting how many animals they see in a day, but also interesting to see the names of owners pets! Very enlightening and entertaining. As none of them were there at the time I was. Trying to picture what kind of animal & its looks while just reading names. All the staff either called me mom or my name. Usually in this day of Covid it s like they are real put out that you would actually want to come in to the office. One of the other things I loved about this office is that they didn t do curbside pickup. With that being said I can t even imagine anyone not wanting to come in themselves to go with their loved one when they had to be at the doctors office. I personally would NEVER consider doing that. I would recommend this vet to anyone. They are caring and compassionate. Great job? Merry Christmas

I was very impressed during my first visit to the Animal Medical Center. We were seen immediately. Staff was friendly and helpful! We didn’t encounter any other visitors. If this is a Covid preventative, thank you for that! We will definitely use this veterinarian in the future! Thanks!

I know your not an ER, but you took us in immediately. The staff was so understanding. Every place we tried was days out for an appointment, even pet ER’s were 7-8 hour wait. And a few days later, your office called to see how our dog was doing. Thank you!!

We have a difficult dog(he was returned to the rescue society 3 times for aggressive behavior prior to us rescuing him), and your team always makes concessions to accommodate not having other animals in the waiting area when we come and go. They are AWESOME!!! We so appreciate knowing that Vinny is welcome at your vet! Thanks for the extra effort!
