I was given a quote for dental cleaning and possibly one extraction and I felt the quote was outrageous. When we lived in Los Angeles, we had our dogs teeth cleaned multiple times and it was at most $900.I was quoted $2300.00 and $3100.00 for an extraction. I have 2 dogs and I cannot pay $4600 to have their teeth cleaned. I’m going to look for other providers who can do it more economically. That pricing is appalling.

I appreciated, that I was able to get my sick doggy in. I originally called VCA as she was seen there after adopting her. They were too busy. Si called PS Animal Hospital. They said bring her in.the Vet Doctor was Great and his Assistant, John was Wonderful and explained all the meds. He called me the next day too. I would never go back to VCA again. Only to PS Animal Hospital.

The staff and doctors here are great and I’m very glad Dr Freng has joined the team. I appreciate being able to get in quickly for urgent matters instead of having to go to urgent care or emergency facilities. I hope you’ll continue to provide urgent services as well as routine care. Thank you.

Very nice and attention to detail. I had just moved to Palm Springs and they did a thorough check up on my dog.They were able to get his records from our previous vet. They did have medicines and supplies available to sell at reasonable prices but they weren’t the same brand I had been getting. They were very open about looking around for a better price for flea and tick or other things my dog needed. And they would send confirmation of a prescription to wherever that was. They definitely made you feel like they cared about your pet as much as you do.

FYI we had a not so pleasant experience with a Dr. Kim and left for quite some time. She wanted to sedate my “vicious” cats before treating them for allergies/sneezing. My cats have NEVER been sedated for an office visit anywhere. Left and didn’t return until we found out Dr. Chang has come back.

I’m a new client and for my first time in your clinic I was impressed. I left with a good feeling that my dogs will be well taken care of.
