I was charged $90 for a nail trim , and sanitary shave for my cat, which they didnt even do !!!! unbelievable.

Our dog, Coco, was a patient of Dr. Freng s during his time at Palm Desert Pet Hospital. Although we were disappointed when he made the decision to leave that practice, we were thrilled to reconnect with him at PS Pet Hospital. We really like him, as does Coco. Wendy (I believe that was her name) assisted the Dr. during out visit. We appreciate that she has been with the practice for 15 years. She was so very kind. Previous to Dr. Freng, we were, for many years, a patient of Dr. Hicks, who has retired. What we cared about with Dr. Hicks was his kindness and his old fashioned ways with our dogs and we feel the same way with this new PS practice. We care more about the professionalism and caring rather than a fancy office. The staff from check in to check out was great. Great senses of humor. I was given a quote for dental cleaning and possibly one extraction and I felt the quote was outrageous. When we lived in Los Angeles, we had our dogs teeth cleaned multiple times and it was at most $900.I was quoted $2300.00 and $3100.00 for an extraction. I have 2 dogs and I cannot pay $4600 to have their teeth cleaned. I’m going to look for other providers who can do it more economically. That pricing is appalling.

I appreciated, that I was able to get my sick doggy in. I originally called VCA as she was seen there after adopting her. They were too busy. Si called PS Animal Hospital. They said bring her in.the Vet Doctor was Great and his Assistant, John was Wonderful and explained all the meds. He called me the next day too. I would never go back to VCA again. Only to PS Animal Hospital.

The staff and doctors here are great and I’m very glad Dr Freng has joined the team. I appreciate being able to get in quickly for urgent matters instead of having to go to urgent care or emergency facilities. I hope you’ll continue to provide urgent services as well as routine care. Thank you.
