The entire staff was amazing with Goodyear. Dr. Frenge was very thorough and kind and great. Angelo was amazing. The front desk staff was caring. Everyone is just awsome here and they treat my boys very very well.

I really appreciate this clinic s appointment availability, I live in a small town about an hour away and my regular vet doesn t have emergency appointments available. This is the second time I have called Palm Springs Animal Hospital for urgent care and both times they have given me same-day appointments and excellent care for my dog. The receptionist are so caring and helpful on the phone, the tech offered to package our cold meds with an ice pack because she knew we were driving far, and the vet called the very next day to check on my dog.

I felt the doctor did very minimal exam for our dogs physical. Weight temp looked in mouth and looked at bump . Less than a minute

I felt the price for a health certificate for flying was exorbitant. I was charged for an exam ($100?) and $200 for a health certificate. Since the purpose of the visit was to get the health certificate only, and that involves a quick health scan, I would think the office visit charge would be included in the already high price for the health certificate. while I love your practice, I may need to look elsewhere for a health certificate as the cost to fly my dog is already rather significant.
