Appointments on time Everybody is kind and knowledgeable I can t say enough good about them So glad my dog Woofus is with them.

Dr. Heinen is the best! He did a very thorough exam and pointed out things the previous vet did not spot. We had Dr. Heinen 10 years ago with another dog. Glad to be back.

When you go into an office, I don’t think the staff should be whispering and gossiping behind their desk . I can clearly hear the front desk, staff whispering and talking to each other and gossiping when I came in with my dog.

Our visit was great! We were greeted, brought to a room,saw a technician and then the doctor. This was a semi annual physical with out any issues. The appointment was at 10 am and I was back in our car by 10:25. Plenty of time for questions if needed.

Everyone’s been really friendly here. The only thing that’s been a bit of a bummer is the billing. One time, we didn’t get charged for a quick nail clipping, and the next time, we were charged a whopping $44! That seemed a bit excessive. But overall, we’re really enjoying bringing our puppy.
