Very clean very nice staff and veterinarian you can definitely feel for the first time they care about your pet and your concerns very important so glad the other place couldn t get us in this faculty is amazing

As a new patient they made time within the next hour to see my sick new rescue!! I called several larger clinics And they dismissed me and said itto go to urgent care. So they do not have my business and one is where I took my last four pets! The staff was so caring and good to call to check on the progress. I highly recommend this team to care for your pets.

The staff is always very welcoming and quick to check me in when I arrive. Dr. Freng is an amazing person. Always smiling and very friendly and great with my pets. This visit he did a first exam on my new kitty and he was wonderful. The staff gave kitty his first rabies shot and that went well too. Thank you

Everyone was friendly and supportive. My only concern is that after spending 3000 dollars, I was told to go to the ER which costs double and nothing has been helped or solved. I understand that animals are a mystery and knowing the problem is difficult but with spending so much money and time there - three days, I feel like money should be returned partly - like job wasn t done or product wasn t effective. Nothing personal at all but that is how I left feeling about my experience.

I am not impressed with the new doctor and assistant. Buddy’s issues were not addressed properly. Medicine does not work. Expression was not done.Skin lesions were not addressed. I’m shocked at how the service at the hospital has changed for the worse.

My experience at the Animal Hospital is almost always exceptional. John Garcia is amazing; he is a gem in your organization.

Appointments on time Everybody is kind and knowledgeable I can t say enough good about them So glad my dog Woofus is with them.

Dr. Heinen is the best! He did a very thorough exam and pointed out things the previous vet did not spot. We had Dr. Heinen 10 years ago with another dog. Glad to be back.
