The front office was exceptional nice. Mr Garcia helped me thru the whole process for the after care of my dog. Dr chang diagnosed my dog properly and thanks to him my dog is back to himself and I m extremely grateful for the whole team. Thank you

My most recent appointment was scheduled for 4:00. I arrived at 3:50. There was one person in the waiting room waiting to pay. I did not see others but it took approximately 30 more minutes to be put in a room. Everyone is always great and friendly there.

unfortunately, as much as I love the vets and the tax it’s far too expensive and not competitive with others in the valley for equal or superior service. I hate to say so. That’ll probably be my last time there as I move to a different vet. But I appreciate everything you’ve done for pono.

Having a reactive dog when leashed it would be awesome to have a back way into the facility so she doesn’t have to see other dogs. No issues waiting in the car and then when lobby was clear we could make our way in. Leaving was a little more difficult. Love staff!!
