Excellent service with a difficult dog patient. Blood analysis was very expensive so a bit more discussion on the results would have been useful, even though there were no indications of problems. Vet was caring, thoughtful and informed. Very appreciative

The only issue I have with your facility is the pricing. I am a retired 71 year old with an extremely limited budget. A sliding scale or senior discount would have been very helpful. Thank you.

It may have been just an off-day for the team, I was there the day a dog came in with an emergency and was being prepped for surgery, but we waited 30 minutes beyond our appointment time and I had to ask for an update 25 minutes in -- and it was our first appointment with you so I wasn t sure what to think. It would have been nice to be kept updated at the 15 min mark without my having to ask. Though the staff and intake tech were apologetic, my cat was pretty stressed being there extra time in a waiting room full of dogs and any extra time in the travel bag. Also I am expecting to receive a quote on an upcoming procedure and haven t yet received it. Overall though the staff are very polite and friendly and I ve received great communications and care with the team and vet who has called twice with updates on my cat s bloodwork, that was really appreciated.

Very Friendly and caring staff and listens to your pets needs

I would bring my kitty in more often, but it is so expensive! This visit basically canceled Christmas gifts this year.

I learned more about my two King Charles Cavaliers in this visit than I had in five years at another facility. At your suggestion, I have obtained canine dental tools and will use them in the future to avoid the now necessary procedures. Also, that neither has a heart murmur, which was not relayed to me before.

Staff is consistently friendly and helpful. Really appreciate your time and care with our baby!

all in all, everyone at the hospital were super friendly and concerned about our dogs. So defiantly have become my new vets while we are here in the area!

I am the Foster Coordinator with the rescue group SCLRR (Southern California Labrador Retriever Rescue). We have been rescuing lab and lab mixes for over 20 years primarily in the Los Angeles area. Due to hi demand for rescue partners, we are expanding into the Riverside & Coachella areas. We recently brought one of our rescued fosters (Luna Star)in for basic wellness and vaccines. We loved the quality and care you provide, but we were disappointed to learn that you do not offer discounts for 501c3 rescue organizations. Please let us know if you would reconsider your policy so we can continue to bring foster dogs to your facility. SCLRR is an all-volunteer organization.
