Everyone there is so helpful and understanding. Just the best!

I am not impressed with the new doctor and assistant. Buddy’s issues were not addressed properly. Medicine does not work. Expression was not done.Skin lesions were not addressed. I’m shocked at how the service at the hospital has changed for the worse.

My experience at the Animal Hospital is almost always exceptional. John Garcia is amazing; he is a gem in your organization.

Appointments on time Everybody is kind and knowledgeable I can t say enough good about them So glad my dog Woofus is with them.

Dr. Heinen is the best! He did a very thorough exam and pointed out things the previous vet did not spot. We had Dr. Heinen 10 years ago with another dog. Glad to be back.

I just wish the prices of bringing my dog weren’t so exorbitant! I am a senior on a fixed income.

When you go into an office, I don’t think the staff should be whispering and gossiping behind their desk . I can clearly hear the front desk, staff whispering and talking to each other and gossiping when I came in with my dog.

Our visit was great! We were greeted, brought to a room,saw a technician and then the doctor. This was a semi annual physical with out any issues. The appointment was at 10 am and I was back in our car by 10:25. Plenty of time for questions if needed.

The staff is very friendly and nice to my pets. Dr. Chang has been amazing for my Trixie girl and I appreciate him always explaining everything and taking the time to talk to me on the phone personally!

Dr Franks was good. Thorough and friendly. I just wish the cost wasn t so high. If I didn t have any savings I couldn t do it.

Buster loves John and Wendy Garcia....and so do we! Buster hates to get his nails clipped but somehow these two people have a way with him that sets him at ease and allows them to get the job done! We are so grateful Jerry Levin and Bill Huff

Everyone’s been really friendly here. The only thing that’s been a bit of a bummer is the billing. One time, we didn’t get charged for a quick nail clipping, and the next time, we were charged a whopping $44! That seemed a bit excessive. But overall, we’re really enjoying bringing our puppy.
