We are so thankful to have PSAH as our preferred provider for our pets. We are new to the desert and we are so happy and peaceful here. Peaceful because we found PSAH and have already received so much excellent, easy-to-understand and patient care. Jezebel, Stinky, Benjamin, and our new baby Boots rest easy because of the doctors and staff.

Love the renovation!!! You guys are always so awesome!!

I feel VERY lucky and grateful that my furry kiddos are under your care. And BTW: great new spacious facility! ????

Both Dr. Freng and Angelo are the best! A blood sample was taken at 4:00 PM on Thursday and Dr. Freng called me at 8:00 the next morning with the results. Amazing. I couldn t ask for more knowledgeable and compassionate providers. The entire PSAH team is great. I am an employee of an in-home veterinary euthanizing service and I only refer to PSAH when an owner has not had a positive experience with their pet s primary vet.

Very caring and professional staff

Thank you for the great service.

Dr. Freng always goes above and beyond. Excellent service and Care in every way

Your new facility is beautiful!

Great services, great staff. Thank you

Great new space! Large waiting room, friendly staff, Knowledgeable vets! All good.

I appreciate the improvements and upgrades that have been done to the premises.

Could not have been a better experience, all around.

Doctor diagnosed what was wrong with our dog, which was a huge relief. On our initial visit, they were unable to, and it cost $1700!

I was very impressed when I first entered the clinic. It s spacious and free of clutter. That s very important to me as a wheelchair user. I didn t feel encumbered or crowded at all. The receptionists were very nice and welcoming. The technician, John, was very professional and supportive. He listened to my needs and was gentle with my kitty. He was great. Dr. Freng was also super attentive to my and my cat s needs. I felt very at ease there and like I was getting great care for my fur family member. I have one other cat who is in fine health, but should the need arise, I m sure I ll feel confident bringing him into the Palm Springs Animal Hospital as well. Thank you for caring for my little guy! ~Raul

Everyone was so caring and kind. We appreciate all whom we interacted with. Our little Alli is doing much better for her age. Thank you all of you.

Always friendly. The new expanded office is wonderful.

Love the new additions. Randy in front is fantastic as are all your crew. Dogs so important to us it is great to feel confident in our vets office.

I have no suggestions, everyone is helpful and kind, knowledgeable and compassionate! And gives us the very best of care!

Both E.D and I loved our experience on Saturday. Yes, she was a bit scared, but to be expected. Everyone was super nice and just loved my kitty. I am very pleased to have been able to have found your practice.

The visit was excellent! New facility spacious & staff was excellent; Randy, John & my apologies, I can’t remember the gal who checked us in! Dr Ross is the best! Thank you! Bentley Sebastian & Sandee ????

Everybody at Palm Springs Animal Hospital was very helpful and accommodating as it was an emergency situation. John Garcia was very kind, took his time explaining the procedures being done and even brought me a cup of coffee as I had a long drive there. Dr Ross was extremely efficient in explaining what my dog Sage was dealing with and a treatment plan going forward.

As always, excellent.

Love the new place but the floors are too slippery for our girl.

Lindsey and Dr. Feng we very friendly and took the time to explain everything. Very much appreciated!

The new space is wonderful; my first visit since your move!
