I was charged $127 for deworming pills that at Costco cost $18. This is not appropriate if you wish to see positive ratings from customers. Other than that very happy with the service.

We were so happy with our visit. Being snow birds, we didn t have a vet in the area. This vet was recommended to us by a friend and we were so appreciative of their time and help with our dog.

Very professional and knowledgeable-always the best

We got a phone call from John Garcia the day after our cat had labs drawn. He told us the lab just needs a teensy bit more blood . The truth was that no blood had been drawn at all. The fact that we were not told the truth was extremely disappointing. People make mistakes; there s no need to be dishonest about it.

Very pleased with staff, friendly & professional. This will be my vet to go to from now on. Would recommend them to friends always.

The front office staff, tech & Dr. Freng were all fantastic! I as very worried about my dog being ill- Dr. Freng put me at ease and provided great explanations/directions. It’s been 48 hours since our office visit and there’s already significant improvement. We recently relocated to Palm Springs from Austin, where we’ve had a great vet- Glad to have found a great vet and practice in our new city!

I have taken my dogs there through the years, Trudy,Gunner,Winston,Poppy and now have an additional dog Skye. However every time I need something I am told consultation required first at $110.00. Even though I have updated medical and prescriptions from other vets as we have extended travel annually. I,m sure that you make profit on medication and prescription food markups. You have made plenty of money from us over the years but the way you manage your system is becoming unsustainable for our budget.

Prices are extremely expensive but other than that it was a great experience

It took 45 minutes before being seen

I’m a nurse who worked in human outpatient care for 30+ years. PSAH exemplified the high quality that my company strived for. From the moment I reached out to make an appointment, staff were responsive, caring, kind, and prompt. Every interaction that we had was professional. The vet offered a range of treatment options and respected our wishes for continuing care. We were very pleasantly surprised at the cost at check out. To get such incredible service at such a reasonable price was greatly appreciated. I can’t say enough good things about PSAH!

My most recent appointment was scheduled for 4:00. I arrived at 3:50. There was one person in the waiting room waiting to pay. I did not see others but it took approximately 30 more minutes to be put in a room. Everyone is always great and friendly there.

unfortunately, as much as I love the vets and the tax it’s far too expensive and not competitive with others in the valley for equal or superior service. I hate to say so. That’ll probably be my last time there as I move to a different vet. But I appreciate everything you’ve done for pono.

Having a reactive dog when leashed it would be awesome to have a back way into the facility so she doesn’t have to see other dogs. No issues waiting in the car and then when lobby was clear we could make our way in. Leaving was a little more difficult. Love staff!!
