I had a 2 pm appointment and when I arrived the waiting room was full with 5 pets 4 owners there already. So my wait to get into a room was 45 minutes. Not sure if things had been running late or overbooking. It it seemed an excessive wait. Other than that my visit was superb and as a new client I am very happy.

I will always miss Stephen. However, the current doctor is amazing. Very comfortable with him. Taking care of my Pantera office. Staff is amazing. Vet tech are amazing. I would recommend this office.

Everyone was kind and caring. Unfortunately my puppy did not make it after a snake bite. I believe they did everything they could do. I will be visiting them with my other dogs in the future.

I was told that a full exam would be given to my dog for the price I was paying, but instead I paid $138.00 to get my dogs nails cut and never got the exam like I was told I was going to get. I am not very happy with the visit.

Dr Chang is the best. He took extra time to figure out our dogs issue which can be complicated for most vets.

We were passing through and our dog needed to be seen. Everyone in the lobby knew the Vet’s name, also all assistants and receptionist!! Very comfortable with this animal hospital, locals use this facility a lot and our treated with respect and professionalism.
