I m very pleased with the service I received, everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable. Receptionist is excellent, very kind. I thought charges were a bit high ($1200) to find out dog has arthritis but I hear all Vets are expensive these days.

I was unaware that Hugo’s prescription for dog food had run out, and since I wasn’t informed of a earlier appointment required for renewal, we had to insist on an immediate appointment (once refused but granted on a callback). Maybe to reminder system needs to be looked at. Thanks to John G. for understanding.

Outrageously expensive. To be charged 95.00 only then to get a quote for the services needed. Had I said no to two animals I would have sent 200.00 for nothing. Of course I had to stay and receive a 600+ bill for ear infections. I’ve told a few of my neighbors that have animals who have also been to your practice and they were floored by your prices also.

Your company is high quality service and, even though they are farther to go to I will definitely choose you for my three babies for future appointments.

I have used Palm Springs Animal since 2006 and my expectations have always been exceeded. The staff are friendly, accommodating and experienced. I would rank Dr. Henein as one of the tops in the nation. I would not want any other facility to treat my dogs.
