We called the clinic on a Friday afternoon without any expectation of getting in, but the clinic made time for us. The attention to detail is impeccable at the clinic throughout the whole customer experience. We were informed as to our dog s status and the care plan. I am grateful that I happened across this clinic when our dog needed urgent attention.

I came I. For immunization and was billed for an annual wellness check. I had just had an annual wellness check last month before we left home to come here for 3 months. I don’t believe I should’ve been charged for that.

my experience with the staff was very positive as it relates to friendliness and creating a welcoming environment. However, upon checking out. Everybody seemed pretty disheveled as it related to the medication prescribed and the bill processing itself. I think that somebody might’ve been filling in for another person perhaps if they were at lunch or on break but I do believe with that small of the staff everybody should be cross trained to do the particulars

Dr. Henein is the best!

Dr. Chang saved my furbaby s life. He was misdiagnosed at an ER vet. We were able to get in quickly and Dr. Chang determined he was having a flare up of Lyme and erlichia and got him started on the correct medicine. I can t thank him enough!

I really like this clinic, they helped our old dog immensely. This visit however for a simple vaccination, I waited over 40 minutes to be seen only to be told the vaccine was not in stock until probably the next day. It was not terribly convenient and I felt a slight apology for the error might have lightened the moment. We needed the shot so came back the next day and was seen at once which was appreciated. As for pricing, I was told over the phone it was $62.50 with no mention of an $11 medical waste fee. I’ve never encountered this before and if it’s standard practice that’s fine just would have been nice to know. .
