On February 23 I took my 15 yr old Chihuahua Buddy to be seen for head shaking, balance problems and disorientation. He was quickly diagnosed with an ear infection and treated. All staff members were compassionate and professional. My experience could not have been any better. Thank you so much!!!!

I’m stressed about the amount and cost of medications that my dog was prescribed but could not take due to making him nauseous. My trust level with the doctor and clinic has diminished. I’m very disappointed after 12 years of bringing my dog here.

We called the clinic on a Friday afternoon without any expectation of getting in, but the clinic made time for us. The attention to detail is impeccable at the clinic throughout the whole customer experience. We were informed as to our dog s status and the care plan. I am grateful that I happened across this clinic when our dog needed urgent attention.

I cannot speak highly enough about all the doctors and staff. The vet techs and reception staff are all outstanding, as are Dr. Heinen and Dr. Chang. I recommend this pet hospital to all my friends who have animals.
