We called the clinic on a Friday afternoon without any expectation of getting in, but the clinic made time for us. The attention to detail is impeccable at the clinic throughout the whole customer experience. We were informed as to our dog s status and the care plan. I came I. For immunization and was billed for an annual wellness check. I had just had an annual wellness check last month before we left home to come here for 3 months. I don’t believe I should’ve been charged for that.
