Wonderful and friendly staff

I honestly feel so price gouged. I opted to do only an X-ray and not a blood panel because I couldn t afford both. When I left, I was shocked by the bill but was too embarrassed to say anything. I don t understand why you didn t inform me of the high fees for the fluid, the fluid lesson, and the lactulose. I looked online and the fluid drip I was charged almost $80 for is a $9 item. I didn t know I would be charged an additional $28 to be shown how to use it. And the lactulose solution you charged me $73 for is $15 online. I could have put that money toward a blood panel and that would have been much better for Sparrow. I feel really disappointed.

My experience at the clinic was satisfying. It s been a few days, and i m disappointed to say the diagnosis and treatment my cat received must have been inaccurate and ineffectual. I was told the problem stemmed from a flea infestation. However, no actual fleas were found at the clinic only signs indicating a possible presence, or by me at home afterwards. The prescribed treatment seems to be causing my cats fur to fall out, and the incessant itching has not improved at all, which is very frustrating and discouraging

On February 23 I took my 15 yr old Chihuahua Buddy to be seen for head shaking, balance problems and disorientation. He was quickly diagnosed with an ear infection and treated.
