You guys used to put towels down on the cold stainless steel surfaces in the exam rooms. It’s really cold, and not conducive to kitties wanting to come out of their carriers. I’d reimplement this—or at least offer it to customers who would appreciate it.

The service was superb. However, the individual prices for a visit,2 minutes to extricate anal glands and the price of scripts is exhorbitant! How does the average household afford to have pets?

It was a bit confusing to get two completely different treatment suggestions from one doctor on Wednesday than the one seen Friday

I was told that a tech would call me the next day to follow up with how my dog was doing but never received a call. Otherwise, I m very satisfied.
