We are here on vacation, my dog got sick and had diarrhea. I called the two closest VCA s. That couldn t see us for two weeks. Then I called you and your receptionist got us right in a hour to see Dr Chang. He was great examined my dog and we went home with three medicines. My dog s diarrhea stopped and we are very happy. If I leaved here you are the only place we would take our dog, I used to live here and was a VCA customer. Keep up the great work! Stuart Haines

We love Palm Springs Animal Hospital. The staff is wonderful and Dr. Henein is the very best. We wouldn t want to entrust our animals to anyone else. We re on our third dog that they ve cared for.

I m very pleased with the service I received, everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable. Receptionist is excellent, very kind. I thought charges were a bit high ($1200) to find out dog has arthritis but I hear all Vets are expensive these days.

I was unaware that Hugo’s prescription for dog food had run out, and since I wasn’t informed of a earlier appointment required for renewal, we had to insist on an immediate appointment (once refused but granted on a callback). Maybe to reminder system needs to be looked at. Thanks to John G. for understanding.
