Dr. Freng, Christian, and staff were great on my Friday visit. Saturday seemed chaotic; I was on hold over 12 minutes and I had to call a second time bc I needed a prescription before closing and I hadn t heard back.

Love the Dr. as the staff.

We love the new hospital facilities. The staff is warm friendly and welcoming. Our dog Cooper loves going there because he loves the doctor and his staff.

We came in on an emergency basis. They were waiting for us and took us right away.

We have been to multiple vets in the valley. Overall, I would rate PSAH as the best experience. Others are good but have long waits. We’ll be back.

I mentioned in passing what food I was giving my cat, and the Vet immediately let me know that it was actually risky to do that – can cause a heart murmur! I m very glad I mentioned it, but I m also very glad and appreciative that the Vet was right on top of it. He also gave me useful guidance on other matters regarding my cat. I felt like he really listened to me and cared about my boy.

So the next day I received a promo from AKC. I asked to have my account credited. NO response. That s a bit disappointing.

I was not given an estimate of costs before I paid for my bill. I would have opted for pills instead of a shot which was over $100.

Originally I tried setting up an appointment online since I got a reminder to have a checkup for my cat. It took me many minutes to set up an account. Where I finally went to set up an appointment and it gave me an appointment for midnight in the year 1900. Plus a email saying not to respond back (At least it looked that way) so when I was out with my cat for a Grooming Appointment I dropped by the office. They had an appointment avaialble within 15 minutes. That was fantastic. But in future I think I will avoid the online scheduling and just call to set up an appointment in future.

When I made the appointment for vaccines for my dog and cat, Wendy did NOT inform me of possible return visits or possible boosters being needed,nor that my 15lb dog would not be able toget all his vaccines in one day, due to his size. NOT having this information, created some issues for me. And by the way, I LOVE Dr. Chang!

Five star across the board. The best PS vet ever! Dr. listens, hears, takes time to share and explain and tries to get to the source of the problem. Being available to answer a follow up question by phone was wonderfully reassuring!

It would be helpful to get a printout or email with instructions/summary if there are any follow up.

We won’t be back. Do not contact me again. I was not impressed and there are a whole lot more options out there. You need to teach your techs how to hold dogs and your doctors to be a little more thorough.

I think that the Medical Waste Fee should be considered a cost of doing business. The Fee was not originally charged by Palm Springs Animal Hospital and I think it only fair that PSAH goes back to that position.

facility temperature was rather warm. My dog was panting and I was feeling hot in the waiting room.. I asked other customers the temperature was uncomfortable. should be at least set at 77 to 78°, especially in Palm Springs I checked temperature room with application on my phone

The entire visit was an excellent experience

the assistant to the vet (can t remember his name) was level 10 amazing. I told him so. Kitty is improving already.
