Both E.D and I loved our experience on Saturday. Yes, she was a bit scared, but to be expected. Everyone was super nice and just loved my kitty. I am very pleased to have been able to have found your practice.

Everybody at Palm Springs Animal Hospital was very helpful and accommodating as it was an emergency situation. John Garcia was very kind, took his time explaining the procedures being done and even brought me a cup of coffee as I had a long drive there. Dr Ross was extremely efficient in explaining what my dog Sage was dealing with and a treatment plan going forward.

The Dr should explain more of what is wrong with your animal. I would suggest a senior discount if possible. With so many things getting more expensive, it is hard to afford everything you want to do for your pet. A discount would help.

We so appreciate you making time to examine our dog on such short notice. We are extremely happy with the medical attention she received.

I appreciate that you guys are there and you have recently expanded into this beautiful new much larger facility. However, I find the prices for services are painfully high. I was quoted $2800 for dental visit for my dog and every single medicine and procedure is itemized and marked up dramatically on top of the base $1200+ fee for a dental visit. For example, there was an estimated charge of over $100 for lactated ringers. Those cost $10 on Chewy. You ve made it so expensive with all the mark ups that it is not feasible to have the work done. I guess only rich people can visit the vet.

We had an emergency appointment for our little man Dario he had gotten sand in his right eye. When I called for the appointment I got an appointment within the next hour. We were seen immediately when we went in. The entire staff were all very concerned and caring.The Doctor was absolutely amazing, Dario had begun giving him problems so he had a short discussion with Dario and I believe that Dario understood every word that was said. He calmed down and Dr Hennon was able to wash out his eye with no further issues I completely trust Dr Hennon with the care of our dog he s so kind and caring I will always go back for our veterinarian needs. The office really looks fantastic. I appreciate the extra room to allow pets to have comfortable distance if needed, the new space really helps.

It was the first time we d met Dr. Heinen and he was outstanding. PS Animal Hospital will be our main vet for Maddie!

Had a Lyft driver (and good friend) drop John-John off for his fixing. Another extremely good friend picked him up and brought him (and his medications) home. From how quickly he recovered, he received excellent and nurtured care.

Your rates are far too expensive. Especially your medication prices. Will consider going elsewhere in the future.

I came from Yucca Valley because I had been here and appreciated the friendly reception and thorough explanation of what was done and how to treat it.

No one explained to me that it would be $115. I have had dogs for 40 years and currently the price that I have paid for an office visit is $85. And then there is the extra $10 that was tacked on to the 105 actual vet visit for clinical or technical support. Absolutely crazy. There are other vets that I can go to out here in the valley but nobody explained that they are $30 more than your average vet. My friend went to Dr Henein for years... but she took care of his kids so her price I m sure was different when I told her what it cost now she was shocked.

New to area. Needing a new veterinarian. I may have found one.
