This office is amazing! The doctor and the employees are extremely caring and very nice ?? I had a little emergency with my cat and they got me in immediately the next morning. I highly recommend this office because they will take care of you and your pet. They are great people in our awesome community!

I love doctor Ross! She is so kind and so knowledgeable. We would have avoided so much aggravation and our dog would have suffered much less pain if we had seen her when we first discovered our dog s UTI which was caused by bladder stones. Everyone in your office was so kind and attentive and cared so much about Misty. Thank you so much for your caring and kindness.

My Jake was treated very kindly. The Vet called me (!) the next day with a detailed description of the test results. The usual comment here in our Valleyn- very pricy! But worth it.

We moved to Pslm Springs from NY 6 months ago and we have been so impressed with Palm Springs Animal Hospital! All of my questions and concerns were addressed with patience and understanding. I felt so pleased with our decision to use this practice. What a wonderful experience and I highly recommend !

I love this animal hospital. All the staff and Dr. Henein especially. We went to a few in Cochella Valley first for our cats and dogs. I am so glad we found this hospital.

I had a wonderful experience. Was able to get a next day appointment, my technician was so kind and helpful and made me feel comfortable with my cat. I also received a follow up call which was so appreciated. I trust this vet with my cat. I am very happy with my experience and will be returning need be.

outstanding in all aspects!

Everything went smoothly. I had my dog walker take Hank because I recently had a knee replacement. I did call and let them know I would not be bringing him in but someone else would. Everything went great with no hiccups. Everyone there from the front desk to the doctors are very kind and helpful!!

I’ve yet to receive info, te; my dog’s 2/10!blood draw results, and re: follow up. I’ll call this morning. Unusual that I would not have received a call the day following his blood test.

I appreciate that PSAP obtained my pets’ records from out of town prior to my visit, addressed my questions regarding ectoparasite prevention in a new environment, and did not do unnecessary stool testing even though I had brought samples in. It was worth the drive from La Quinta to have Dr. Chang see my pets, I appreciate his calm and thoughtful approach to veterinary care for my pets. I also like that this is an independent practice and not part of VCA, so no push for me to obtain an App.

It would have been nice if the vet would have told me that starting my dog on Simparica Trio (his recommendation) required a prescription AND that it also required an initial heart worm test that cost $164

I love you guys. I have been here for 15 years. Wouldn t go any where else.
