Everyone was great and my dog s problem was taken care of.

I’ve been a customer- a client - for about a dozen years with two dogs during those years. There are reason I drive from Palm Desert each time we need service, and that’s because of the staff, the medical professionals, the level of care, and the professionalism everyone of them displays.

the overall visit was excellent. John Garcia was friendly, respectfull and efficient. He made me feel at ease considering the reason of my visit. Dr. Freng took his time examining both of my small dogs. Great energy and pesrsonality. A lady at the front desk was not very helpful at the beginning of my visit but Mr. Garcian and Dr. Freng made sure I had a great experience. Laura was very nice and friendly during my check out.

Although Livvie has crossed over the bridge I am wondering why she walked in but had to be carried out. How did her right hind leg get injured? She was old and had multiple issues but being unable to stand on her own added to her demise. Thinking maybe on xray table. I think some honesty and explanation was warranted. Too late now….

This office is amazing! The doctor and the employees are extremely caring and very nice ?? I had a little emergency with my cat and they got me in immediately the next morning. I highly recommend this office because they will take care of you and your pet. They are great people in our awesome community!

I love doctor Ross! She is so kind and so knowledgeable. We would have avoided so much aggravation and our dog would have suffered much less pain if we had seen her when we first discovered our dog s UTI which was caused by bladder stones. Everyone in your office was so kind and attentive and cared so much about Misty. Thank you so much for your caring and kindness.

My Jake was treated very kindly. The Vet called me (!) the next day with a detailed description of the test results. The usual comment here in our Valleyn- very pricy! But worth it.
