Dr Pruitt saved me a lot of money for unnecessary testing and vacinations.

My husband and I are very slow to give any medications to our dogs. We want what is best like many others, but don t always feel giving a lot if medication is the healthiest choice. That being said the staff were quick to medicate and medicate a lot (in my opinion)! There was little explanation and a quick diagnosis with a quick list of suggested medications. However, I will note when we asked the doctor to slow down, explain, and consider less medication options, she did all of this. My husband and I did NOT feel judged by our decisions today or our past decisions to not give yearly shots. I appreciate this as other places have tried to force medications, talk condescendingly, and even sneek drugs into our dogs. So thank you for your patience as people come in with various beliefs. Our dog is doing better each day.

I would have liked to have had more time with the doctor. Most of my time was spent with a vet tech, who I thought WAS the doctor. The vet tech was AMAZING and very friendly, but my actual appointment with the doctor lasted maybe 3 minutes. Prescribed medications were not explained to me. Alternative treatments (related to diet, environment) were barely addressed. Billing procedures were not explained. Some tests were done, but I have no idea as to the results were when the results will be ready. I would like to be able to establish a closer relationship with my pet s doctor, but it doesn t seem possible under the current model of care.

I about had a heart attack when I found out how much I owed!!! $250!!! Thats why a lot of people can t afford to take their animals to the vet. It wasn t like she needed surgery it was just a yearly check with some meds. Unfortunately I will need to find somewhere else to take her from now on. That makes me really sad.

My pet Vito suffers from anxiety issues . So I appreciate the fact that the office is quiet calm and cool which is very helpful for him . He is doing better under his name treatment plan with the laser treatments .

Thanks for working us in on short notice. I appreciate the quick turn around on lab work so I could get on with my day after our visit.

I like that the doctor and techs are always friendly and act happy to see my dog. That s really important to me that they treat my dog well and do everything they can to make her feel comfortable.

My dog was very nervous & needed to be distracted. So the staff gave her lots of peanut butter so they could do her exam, shots, blood draw & nail trim. It worked like a charm!

Payment plans for customer that have been with combs for years , and give elderly customers bigger discounts if they are 80 and over , the cost is what keeps my mom from getting another animal and she Desperately needs a companion thank you

This is the best and most caring place to take your pet, even though it’s the most expensive the care makes it worth the price.

The staff and veterinary team at Combs is wonderful. They listen, answer questions, and put up with my little angel who turns into a monster when he visits the vet. The tech even put Feliway on the towel and in the room before the visit to try and calm him down. Thank you for everything that you do!

Both of my cats suddenly became ill this week. I was able to get them in the day I called. The technicians and Dr. Pruitt took time to explain the illnesses and treatments. I felt that the staff were also very gentle with my pets.

China Rose is doing great after her spaying . Dr Combs and Dr Pruitt have done an amazing job over the past 18 years taking care of my Diogo especially the kindness when I had to say goodbye to her .Nakia has been doing great also . I’m always confident my fur babies will get the very best care .

This was first time visiting the clinic, I was very happy with the staff. Thank you so much for working me into a busy Saturday!
