Great place to take your pets!

My dog is reserved to new people and while he warmed up quick to our doctor, he did not want to go over to the vet tech. Even though he refused to go to her willingly, she still insisted on petting my dog the entire time that the doctor examined him. While they did a nice exam and the staff is always very friendly, I was not pleased that the tech did not properly read my dogs body language and ignored the signs that her touching him was stressing him out more.

I love that we get to stick with one provider every time we come in for an appointment! We absolutely adore Dr. Miller!

The floor is dirty and needs deep cleaning. Dirt has collected in all the recesses of the flooring.

The younger girl at the front desk wasn’t so friendly, maybe she was just having a bad day, but everyone else was wonderful as usual.

Combs did an amazing job caring for my sick pup while I was out of town. My neighbor brought him and they worked easily with her and myself to get him the care he needed. I am so grateful for all they did!

We scheduled our dog’s appointment on February 14th. This was for her to be spayed. We even had a card given to us by with the confirmation date and time (02/14/18 drop off between 8-8:30am). When we arrived for our scheduled appointment, my husband was greeted by a very unfriendly girl at the front desk. She looked at her computer and snapped back saying “you don’t have an appointment today, sorry.” When he explained that she was there to be spayed the girl said “well it’s not in our computer so you didn’t schedule it for today.” He showed her the confirmation card given to us by Combs office and she said “oh I guess this means you did have one. Well it isn’t in our computer so we can’t do it today.” This was very inconvenient for us because we scheduled it on 02/14 for scheduling reasons. The rest of the staff there was super nice and the vet is always really friendly to me and my husband but this one younger girl at the front desk always is rude and she was exceptionally rude to my husband on the 14th. We were able to get her in for the next day but we had to rearrange our whole work schedule for something we didn’t mess up on. The vet did do a wonderful job on our puppy though! :)

I ve been taking my cats to Combs for over 10 years. I ve always enjoyed my visits because the doctors and technicians take time to listen and explain everything, the people at the desk know what they re doing and are always helpful, and everyone goes the extra mile to make sure I know what s happening with my cats, what they re going to do, and what I need to do to keep my cats healthy. When the time came to say goodbye to my elderly cats, everyone at Combs was supportive and helped me cope with my loss. I d never go anywhere else.

You guys rock.

The staff were wonderful and respectful of my time, and the health of Saffie, of course. Dr. Pruett was perfect, addressed my concerns, and again, was just nothing but respectful of my time, answering questions, and setting up a plan of care. I love Combs Vet. I just wish there were more DVMs on staff so we could really have a 24 emergency care setting in Bloomington

The staff at Combs Vet Clinic has always been courteous and helpful. The clinic has taken very good care of all my pets over the years. It would be nice if discounts for exams were available to persons with 2 or more pets that are seen at the same time. Thank you for caring!

Rocky was such an amazing help and support as we tried to get a urine sample from Murray. She was informative, friendly and helpful. The others who also stepped in and help were the same way. They really did everything they could to help me out while ensuring Murray was as comfortable as possible.

I would like a better explanation of the disease process, my dog is very ill and I have never received a thorough explanation of why she is sick and what her prognosis is. Often times my dog’s labs have not made sense with what the diagnosis is and I would like that explained.

We are dealing with a bladder problem with our dog so the entire process has been frustrating. Combs has been professional and mostly thorough through the entire process but the billing after the surgery was much higher than quoted. I understand that the situation was more severe than expected but after so many visits, I was hoping for a little more precise billing information.

I stood there for about 20 minutes while 4 people wandered in and out. I think it would be nice if we were greeted and told it would be a bit, have a seat.
