Combs staff is much improved. I stopped going there a few years ago because the front office staff was so rude and unfriendly. I always felt like I was interrupting there day by being there. But now everyone is friendly and helpful. It is very convenient for me to take my kitties there and I don t mind at all. Thanks for the improvements.

My cat is an escape artist. When he s there as a well patient, I m always fearful that he will pop open his carrier, as he has done several times. A good chain link fence along the highway would provide a second chance if I ever have to chase him. People who have dogs on a leash may feel the same. --Della

Combs vet was great for us.

I asked if my pet could get his nails trimmed on our visit. I wasn’t told any pricing or details about the procedure, in fact in the past, it has even been done on occasion as a courtesy during a visit. My bill was $20.00 higher than expected when I went out to pay it. I’ve been a Combs Customer for over 20 years and I love the vets and staff, just felt compared to other places that cost is a bit inflated. They have always treated my pets and I very well.

My Maggie is acting better and happier. I hadn t seen her run across the yard in quite a while. Thank You

If a customer alerts you to a bodily substance on the floor that is not from their pet, don t ignore it. Stop and clean it up. In general, the vet is very knowledgeable but needs to improve bedside manner. I like this place but was recently very disappointed with care.

A lot of information at once, after I started reading the literature sent home, I found it was not easy to read, here are a couple of examples...please simplify #1 under Flea factor, It would not be particularly ununsual for an animal with... please do not use double negatives, alt. Fleas are common with a food or inhalant allergy. I am assuming that this info was not written in house, it would be helpful to rewrite some parts and simplify the language. Be more direct. #2, I think there may be a missing word, an important word, not , it is in parenthesis, bottom of page two of Food allergies for dogs and cats....> The diet must be strict (meaning the pet should have any other protein sources besides the test protein). This is just a lay-person s response after reading just a couple of pages.

We didn’t see the Veterinarian, but the tech. Had lab work done to check phenobarbital and methimazole levels. One injection for distemper. Total cost &133.00. Felt this was a tad high. I was expecting $80. to $100. bill.
