I waited for a little longer than I thought I should to pay my bill and leave. The girls at the front desk were talking and I feel like they could have taken care of me and another client before continuing their conversation. Normally I would not have minded the wait but the other clients puppy was really excited and barking at my dog. My dog hasn’t always tolerated other over friendly dogs so the wait was uncomfortable for me and my dog. Uncomfortable for the other lady and her pup as well.

We are so happy with Dr. Nickel, wish she had more hours than just Friday. Also, sometimes the exam rooms aren t as clean as I wish they were - on most of our visits I ve seen fur on the floor. But I m paranoid since my cats had ringworm when they were little - I don t want to take any chances of contracting it from someone else s pet who left fur behind. Thanks!
