I’m SO glad you’re letting the parents in with their fur babies again! I’m not one to hand my dogs over to anyone, without being there to ask questions and see how they interact with my pets! It’s So stressful for both the parents and the patients!! I have much respect for this team, the vet answered all our concerns, the team treated our babies with respect and care!! Not planning on leaving this place anytime soon!

I rescued a dog off the street who had been thrown from a vehicle - the staff at Redland Animal Hospital were fantastic! Professional, yet super friendly & very knowledgeable.

The staff at Redland Animal Hospital are always friendly, caring and professional. My dogs are treated with the most loving care even the NOT so friendly 2 of the dogs. Refilling their continued medication is never a problem even when I forget. I can t say enough good things about Redland staff. The BEST !!!The facility is always clean.

The staff was excellent My dogs are very anxious; they took the extra time needed to make sure our needs were met.

As always, my grand kid had a wonderful and very helpful treatment Thank you Dr Bushnell

We were pleased with the knowledge and amount of time the staff gave us. The wait was a bit long but we imagine it’s because others were also getting quality treatment

i would like consistency regarding things spoken over the phone and what the vet is told. over the phone i was told my dog was a perfect candidate for a behavioral medications due to how hyperactive he is no matter how long he is physically and mentally stimulated. on arrival we were handed a sheet of trainers (which we can’t use any of them) and told that’s all he needed.

I have to thank Alex at a time of crisis she kept me calm and was super helpful.

I was booked for an appointment while the only doctor there was in surgery. I had to see the doctor so I waited almost 2 hours until I was seen. This was a total oversight on the staff who booked my appointment. In addition, I live 45 minutes away. Completely avoidable situation.

The staff is amazing. They are very through and friendly. They also genuinely care for my baby Stella and treat her as if she were their own pet/baby. My one suggestion is.. don’t change a thing!

I love this veterinary facility, which is why I’ve been going here for ~20 years. Dr B and all of the docs and staff are great! My dog Jazzy also loves them. ??

We love Redland animal hospital

The staff at RAH makes us feel like family. They really take the time to explain and educate us and answer all our questions in a professional manner. They all take an interest in what our specific needs are. I am thankful for such good care for our 4 footer.

We were greeted, placed in a room and told the tech would be with us shortly. We waited in the room for 20 minutes - no one ever came in to check on us or to let us know they were running behind. I finally came out to ask if they had forgotten about us. I made the appointment for a specific time, expecting we wouldn’t have to wait more than 20 minutes to be seen. We rescheduled and left. At the risk of being labeled a “difficult” customer I expressed my disappointment at the lack of respect for my time. Up to this point I’ve never had anything but excellent service so this experience was very surprising to me. If someone had let me know they were running behind it would not have been so bad. As it was we felt forgotten and unimportant.

I’m upset that I need to bring the cat back because of an oversight on your part

Staff and Doctor extremely helpful even without prebooked appointment. The care and attention was very detailed and superb.

Great place to bring your furry friends to for treatment, checkups etc. great Doctors and great staff. I highly recommend it.
