Too long in waiting room (about 30 minutes) and in exam room (20-30 minutes), for a scheduled appointment. On a positive, staff and Dr are wonderful!

I will absolutely have to have a written estimate moving forward. I was shocked and horrified when i saw the price for an ear hematoma repair. i have had orthopedic surgeries for less. I was asked if i wanted blood work or to ‘bare bones it ‘ then i see an invoice with every service and medication under the sun As a rescue it is disappointing

We have a brand new puppy and naturally had lots of questions. Everyone there took lots of time to completely address my issues and dealt with my very frightened baby very compassionately. We love Dr. Bushnell and every one of the associates. Scruffy was well taken care of. It always feels like home at RAH

Doctor seems a bit short and curt especiallyy after I commented on the inconsistency of recommending neutering or not amongst other doctors

Dr Ramirez and staff were amazing with my dog. They took their time to explain the treatment and were very good with her.
