Your COVID procedures were not explained before I made the appointment. The staff was over thirty min late and then I was told that there was not kennel space. I could’ve administered the vaccines myself in all the wasted time. I was clear that I needed to go and the lady at the front didn’t tell me that there wasn’t kennel space until I had been there over an hour.

Redland staff and Doctors are the best! They treat you like family!

All three medical professionals--the lady who picked up RustyCat; Jessie, who collected MollyGermanShepherd; and the doctor--were absolutely delightful.

I waited for 30 minutes for my dog to be taken in. She was restless and nervous. Once she was taken in however, everything was timely and thorough.

This place is amazing, nobody is going to care more about your pet than all the amazing team always ready to give the best of them. I will never enough words to express my gratitude for them for saving my baby’s life, she literally passed out in my arms when got here and they brought her back to life I don’t even know how. I will be thankful for the rest of my life.

My experience with Carnelo at RAH was completely professional. I had been given information at our first visit and when the time came for Carnelo’s appointment everything went as discussed two months before. Carnelo was well taken care of during and after his surgery. I was sent home with specifics on the procedures that were performed plus very clear explanations on the meds he should take and food that he would need during the healing process, The office called me twice to speak with me and he had up on how Carnelo is doing. I really appreciate the care

Thanks for taking such good care of my puppy Lali, she s doing fine. Unfortunately, the girl on the front desk, the one who has a red spot on her hair, chose to answer my inquiry as to how Lali was doing by smarting off.

I was a little salty about having to wait over a half hour in my car despite arriving 5 minutes before my confirmed appointment. I can’t comment on cleanliness because I wasn’t allowed in. I also requested a nail trim which was overlooked.

Both the doctors and staff are awesome! I have a somewhat difficult pet and she is treated with patience and kindness. I like how everything is explained and cost is discussed upfront. Most of all, I know my pets are in good hands.??

I was very happy with the attention I had and all the time they spent with Mia. Also everything was well explained To me and I was happy they called to find out how Mia was doing the next day. Thank u very much for all the help.

The only issue was that we dropped off the cats at 8:45 and they weren t ready until late afternoon. That was a long day for them cooped up in their carriers with no food, water, and toilet in addition to them having fasted since midnight. Quite stressful.
