Sochi and I were seen by two techs to apply Soft Claws. I am embarrassed to admit I did not ask their names, but they were wonderful. The young girl who applied the claws was very competent. It s now four days later, and the claws are still in place. Thank you.

Absolutely terrible experience. Spent 20 minutes waiting to be seen- all while the dog in next room sounded like he was being murdered. My pet was petrified. We couldn’t wait any longer- left. No one seemed to care AT ALL.

I am delighted with the service provided at the clinic this past Friday. My two dogs, Tina and Tin Tin, were seen, and one of them received a prescription. I also received a call from the doctor on Monday inquiring about my dog Tin Tin to see how he was doing with his medication. Great service. Thank you !!!

Why was I charged $50.00 to have a stray dog checked for a micro chip??? Will never go back after many years. They don’t care about the animal to them it’s the money $$$$$ I will find a new vet

Too long in waiting room (about 30 minutes) and in exam room (20-30 minutes), for a scheduled appointment. On a positive, staff and Dr are wonderful!

Very caring doctor! Staff was also wonderful. Just a little on the slow side... but otherwise its been great.

I will absolutely have to have a written estimate moving forward. I was shocked and horrified when i saw the price for an ear hematoma repair. i have had orthopedic surgeries for less. I was asked if i wanted blood work or to ‘bare bones it ‘ then i see an invoice with every service and medication under the sun As a rescue it is disappointing
