I suggest using a door chart holder so that staff know that a patient is in a room and is not forgotten. Using a quick chart system will also allow the staff to review basic information on the pet and reason for the visit before they enter the room. The quick chart can be printed the preceding day or day of, and staff can use for vitals when the patient is shown to the room.

The clinic was full, but this was not an emergency and could wait one day. The clinic as always is the best and kindest to the animals, so it is well worth the wait. My dog was treated with excellent care and I will not go anywhere else. I trust this clinic completely with my pet s health.

Phenomenal Dr. Perez and vet techs, including Jessie! It s very hard to get blood and urine from a cat, but the vet techs did it like it was a walk on the beach. And my cat barely noticed! And then there s Dr. Perez, the Wizard of Vaccinations! My dog, the Drama Queen, is a challenge, but not for Dr. Perez. The only reason it s hard to get in is because everybody wants to bring their pets to Redland Animal Hospital!

My finicky feline was calm and surprisingly very HAPPY when she arrived home. Due to drugs, I suspect. But she has been her usual self since the morning after when she awoke, hungry as usual.
