I immediately felt comfortable and welcomed by the staff and they treated my pet like she’s been going there her whole life. Never in my 15 years as a cat owner have I been to a vet office where the doctor was so knowledgeable about cats, their ailments, and different ways of treating them. For the first time in a while I feel hopeful that my senior cat will get the treatment she deserves. I’ve found the right place for my pet.

Everybody is always so kind to us and our furbabies. It is always a pleasure.

Amazing staff.

I ve been going there for 14 years and they have always treated my dogs and me like family. Dr Bushnell saved my first german shepherds life with her diagnosis. My 2 German shepherds now are treated with the best care ever and I couldn t imagine taking them anywhere else.

RAH is the BEST vet in town. I will never take my dogs anywhere else and I always recommend them to anyone. I have never been anyplace that made me feel like my dogs were truly cared for and felt like family. I can’t say enough good things about this place.

This was just our second visit to Redland Animal Hospital and we are very pleased with the knowledge and care of the staff. We have had some really good Vets over the years, and a few that were not so good. I think we finally found a really good vet near Key Largo.

Our three dogs love RAH, and so do we! Always attentive, very helpful and very loving toward our pets.

Enough can’t be said about the personalized care Dr. B and all of the staff always provide.

I was very impressed and pleased with the graciousness and efficiency of the entire staff,as well as the hospital setting in general. The wait was a little long, but staff twice explained that they were running late. Fortunately, my dog s visit was a routine visit, and he was calm waiting on my lap. All in all, great service, staff, and setting. Thank you.

Was very disappointed. Left without treatment for my dog. Left a message for the Vet to call me back. No call received.

I suggest using a door chart holder so that staff know that a patient is in a room and is not forgotten. Using a quick chart system will also allow the staff to review basic information on the pet and reason for the visit before they enter the room. The quick chart can be printed the preceding day or day of, and staff can use for vitals when the patient is shown to the room.
