Dr. Ketchum is wonderful. She is the reason we bring our family dogs to Ozark. True respect. Front office staff are less than friendly and welcoming. They also seem to be disorganized. I had to wait an additional 35 minutes after my scheduled time because the support staff let the 4:10 appointment go ahead of me. I was scheduled for 3:50. Front office could use a refresher course in customer service.

I have always been very pleased with the Dr.’s and staff , always friendly and get great service.

A little less waiting time once you are in the exam room. Sonetimes it’s been 45 minutes to almost an hour before the vet comes in. I realize there may be emergencies that come up etc. but someone should check in and CB let you know you are not forgotten.

Dr. Ketchum always gives me helpful information no matter how busy she is. Very personable and caring.

When I called about my dog, they said they would enter me as a walk in and request to be seen by Ketchum, due to my dogs ailment. I waited over 2 hours in the waiting room and almost another hour for her xrays to be taken and read, only to see a different doctor. I respect that other doctor, but when I am told I need to see Ketchum, and I have already waited that long, I would have waited more to see the doctor I was suggested. Now I have to go back in, to see Ketchum, and will be charged another office visit.

Hope we can move away from curbside service soon!

I do not like waiting in the car, or picking up the pet later and not visiting/talking with the vet. I certainly hope this procedure ends soon.

Everyone is awesome and I trust them with my fur babies completely.

Miss the one on one with the doctors.

I think it is time for us owners to be able to come in the office with our pets even if we need to be masked. We all go to Walmart and other public places. The mask mandates are getting ready to be lifted. I think that the information about our pets is better when actually talking face to face with the Vet than relayed by staff.

With curbside it is difficult to get all the explanations you want. My bill was 610.00 and I about had a stroke. While I really appreciate your services and I understand the need to make a decent wage this seems excessive. I will be searching out other options for my fur babies.

I really miss the interaction with the vet directly, since we can t go inside with the dog. I feel like I m not getting the whole picture. Lab results given over the phone are confusing, I prefer email or paper follow up. Especially since I m not getting to see the vet.

We have always trusted & appreciate your clinic Have been bringing our pets for 20 years.

Now that Covid is getting better it would be nice to be allowed to be able to come in for appointments. Even if I have to wear a mask. Have everyone wait in car until ready then bring them in for appts then back out at end.

The customer service is lacking at this time. Vet care to my pets is 100% wonderful. Just need to work on customer service.

I called a few different times and everyone is nice except the few times I talked to I believe her name is Cody she seems to be unpleasant the few times we talked and it was about different things different times so I finally asked her her name and she was hesitant to give it to me.

Everyone is always very friendly and helpful.

Thought the exam charge was steep just for a 5 min exam of black growths on Celine’s head. Even the gal who picked Celine up and brought her back said it will be only $30 or $35 because it was not a full exam! Appreciated $5 off but still high.

Recently found several errors on my bill. They were quickly & efficient resolved
