The young vetinary tech that worked with my cat was excellent! She is a real credit to the organization she works for.

I feel it would have been helpful to be told to have a written list of concerns before arriving. When I found out while at the clinic that I wouldn t be able to go inside with my pet, I quickly tried to think of everything to tell the staff that came to the car. Some of what I said either didn t get written down correctly, or wasn t included at all. Then, when my pet was brought back out, it was so cold outside that I felt the need to rush so the staff wouldn t freeze outside trying to answer my questions. The time before this, I was allowed to come inside through the back side door along with my pet, it was certainly much more informative to do that. Perhaps the doctor can call and ask what s going on rather than try to relay information from one party to another.

Don t understand the reasoning behind no vet communication and car pick up. My dog was sick, I asked my husband what was done, and he really didn t understand treatment or meds because he isn t medical. I had to read over the paper to see what was done. It was very impersonal and leaves communication gaps if tech forgets to tell the vet something. My dog had a growth on her head, and I don t even know if it was looked at??

You will not find a place that cares for your pet any better than Ozark Vet Clinic. I have been with them for 30 years, 3 dogs, and 4 cats. The pricing is very reasonable as well.

I don’t know how to rate how clean the facility is or if the provider takes enough time with me or my dog. I am not allowed in the building due to Covid restrictions. I can’t really say whether or not the doctor actually sees my dog.

I love the staff at Ozark Vet Clinic. They really care about the animals that we love so much. It s not as convenient as some of the vet clinics that are closer to me in Branson, but it s worth the drive.

looking forward to when we can have more than curbside service BUT we fully appreciate you remaining open and offering this type of ongoing care for our pets!!

Just wish I could have been there with Dr. Ketchem when she examined Mr. Blackman. Always value what she has to say. Looking forward to when things get back to normal.

An hour and a half wait seemed excessive for just a UA. Also repeated a request for a purchase a total of 4x to 2 different staff and it was still wrong when I got it home. Know things are more complicated by the current situation.

It would be helpful if the receptionist would tell customers the breakdown of their charges instead of just the total amount since we cannot review the statement prior to paying since we cannot enter the building.

I called 4 times before we were able to set an appointment. Each time I called, I was put on hold. One time was for over 20 minutes. Once we were able to get an appointment, we waited 30 minutes in the parking lot for them to come get our dog. When they were thru we were given not great news and had a lot of questions and were not given enough of an opportunity to speak to the doctor. I completely understand being cautious during this pandemic; however, we are paying for a service and your practice should respect and understand the needs of your patients/customers.

Ozark Veterinary clinic treats pets the way the owners like them to be treated. They take the time to do a thorough job and have the expertise to keep them well. My dog has kidney disease. Dr Ketchem has a balanced approach in caring for him.

You guys were swamped so wait was lengthy to drop off but understandable with the strict rules of operation right now.

Can’t really answer most of these as we were not allowed in the building with our pet. It was very busy and I could not get anyone to answer the phone to let them know we were there over 30 tries. Finally had to ask one of the techs for a second time to let them know we were here. Then it was over an hour after they came to get my dog (30 minutes after the appt time)before they came out to tell me what they found. Then another 30 minutes before they brought him back out. I know it is difficult times and overall I appreciate my vet andcthe work they do. Some of the younger newer staff do not seem to have a since of urgency improve that and I think everyone can be more tolerant of the delays

As always everyone is friendly and listens to by concerns and answers my questions to the best of their ability. Since they are still doing curbside I don t know about the cleanliness of the office facilities. In the past there were no concerns about cleanliness. If anyone asks I always highly recommend Ozark Vet Clinic.

We never have any issues with your services or facility except this one time. When I came to pick up my yorkie and her puppy the puppies head was sticking thru the kennel bars. He was stuck and whining and I had to forcefully push his head back out. I am glad that I decided to come pick them up instead of next day bc of this. Other than that we were pleased with our service. Thank you again!
