The front office staff phone etiquette is not always the most welcoming and/or friendly. After long wait times on hold and difficulty getting through, it would likely improve customer satisfaction to have professional, yet friendly office staff on the other end. They often seem distracted while on the phone, and sometimes a customer has to repeat themselves several times, just to be placed back on hold at some point during some of the conversations. During a recent visit it took almost 10 minutes to get checked in because I was on hold. On the other hand, the techs and Doctors, of course are amazing and I LOVE the curbside service. I think it’s great that you are protecting your staff, as well as customers. The techs are always very nice, professional, and make sure to take care of every need.

I trust this clinic to treat me and my pet with the utmost compassion and care.

kind of hard to answer your questions. But I Love Love Dr.Ketchum she is a very special Vet and did a great job taking care of my little dog.

I did not go in office. I called the evening before to bring my dog in because of an accident. Could not get in but given an appointment for the next afternoon and told to come in earlier is needed and would be worked in. I came early next morning and employee got Missy immediately. Handled everything and did extra I asked to have done. Very good service. Great care

Place sucks nothing but bad experiences from day one!

It was ok, considering the precautions, we had to wait outside, look forward to next appointment when we can be with our ?? and see the vet

When I brought my dog in for his leg, I told them while they had him go ahead and give him his shots to get him caught up. I didn t realize until i got home and was reviewing my bill, that i realized they didn t give him any of his shots. It was hard enough to get him there this time, but now i will have to take him back and pay another office visit to get this done.

This the virus being a problem I understand why things was the way they are and I m okay with it.

This appointment was during the Covid-19 pandemic, but everything was handled well. No complaints with the drive-in process that was in place

Perhaps you could go back to trimming nails at no charge on surgery procedures.

I ve been taking my dogs to Ozark Vet Clinic for many years. Even when I haven t lived in Ozark. They re the vets for me and my beloved pups!

Dr. Rebecca Ketchem has always been very kind, personable and knowledgeable about whatever is going on with our cats. Always offers excellent advise. I hope she never wants to retire!

The doctor didn t introduce herself. I asked her if she was the doctor because she was dressed like the technician and I didn t know her. I would suggest that when she walks in she says something like, Hi, I m Doctor....How s Sophie today? Just a thought.

I love this place!

Two suggestions: minimize the time clients spend in waiting area. If they arrive on time for appointment, allow them to be taken to exam room right after check in. Consider species specific exam rooms.
