We appreciate the loving care that Dr. Linn and Dr. Ketchum always provide to our pets. They obviously want the best for our beloved pets. The office staff is very helpful and friendly, too.

I had a 3:00 appointment and arrived at 2:50. Was not seen until 40 min later. Saw people with pets going in and coming out! Had to sit out in vehicle with my dogs due to them being sick with a cough!

I have tried other vets. They do not treat my animals the same way as Ozark Vets do. Dr Ketchem is exceptional in her knowledge and treament of my animals.

They got me in the same day for a broken dew claw. They were great.

We say Excellent on all six. We did have an hour wait, but we totally understood the circumstances of being temporarily short-handed and having some computer issues. Tell Dr. Ketchum that Zelda is doing much better, thanks to her good care.

Less hold time when calling the office

The last two times I was in the clinic I was double charged for items. I called today and got a credit back on my card but that is a problem that needs to be addressed. One time I can understand. People make mistakes but twice in a row? I will definitely be checking the invoice before I leave from now on.
