The best veterinary in Ozark

1 person in the front could be a little more friendlier, she never looks happy like all the others.

I miss not seeing a Dr.

We love all of the staff and Vets. Zeus really loves his ladies and the way they treat him. So blessed to have found a great Vet clinic. 5 stars all around!

I travel from Springfield to see the Drs here and have been very satisfied with them. We have been through 3 dogs in those years and feel they all received excellent care. My only issue is wait time both in the lobby and in the room. However, it is great for them to offer walk in when their pet is ill.

Didn t get any explanation on billing other than her saying it s 340 bucks Had to look at the bill once we got in the car to figure out why the bill was so high

The only problem I have ever had with you guys was getting the wrong prescription it had Chili’s name and the correct information but the pills inside the bottle was incorrect

Would have liked a short summary of the vet’s observations since I didn t come in with my pet, particularly the condition for which she has just recently begun taking a new medication.

We drive from Branson to use Ozark Vet Clinic!! You guys are the best!! We appreciate you all!!! Dr. Lynn is also so nice, friendly and informative !! We love our Vet Clinic!!!!

This clinic has taken care of both my dogs for a long time. I even now drive all the way out to Ozark for Springfield. Still very pleased with this clinic.

If there is a waiting delay of 30 minutes or longer due to an emergency of some sort, you might tell those waiting why the wait is unusually long….rather than leave them wondering.

I had left messages on a message machine that were never answered. If they had been it would have saved me a trip to Ozark and an office visit.

Smelled strongly of dog pee. Also would have appreciated to be told the shot my dog was given was $220+.??
