Dr. Rebecca Ketchem has always been very kind, personable and knowledgeable about whatever is going on with our cats. Always offers excellent advise. I hope she never wants to retire!

The doctor didn t introduce herself. I asked her if she was the doctor because she was dressed like the technician and I didn t know her. I would suggest that when she walks in she says something like, Hi, I m Doctor....How s Sophie today? Just a thought.

Two suggestions: minimize the time clients spend in waiting area. If they arrive on time for appointment, allow them to be taken to exam room right after check in. Consider species specific exam rooms.

Very helpful for what I was needing for my dog! Also helped me with Oliver when I needed a little assistance!

If rabies shots are really A 3 year shot- then clients should be given the opportunity to make it closer to 2 1/2 years to get the shots. It also should be listed that way on the bill, instead of it being listed a 2 year shot.

Dr. Ketchem is wonderful and always takes the time to explain everything. She’s very knowledgeable and never rushes through her appointments. She cares/loves our fur kids as if they were her own! (I’m not sure if the survey worked properly because I gave all areas 5 stars but it didn’t show it)

I am so grateful for Dr Ketchum and your staff s amazing care of Cammo. I wish I hadn t been in such a hurry at our visit,didn t get to show my appreciation but the card and thoughts of our family touched my heart. Love to all??

Always a pleasant experience. Staff is wonderful and our pets are treated like family.

My dog was in about 6 weeks ago and had blood work. We r spent a small fortune then and her bloodwork was fine. This time they did blood work again and it cost me another small fortune-$240. Her blood work was fine again. I really can t afford these high prices!

They are always very kind. On this trip I found out that my dog has a tumor and that we needed to start hospice on him. They made me feel like I was family. Gave me the time I needed to pull myself together. This was very difficult for me and they helped me through it.

Waiting in a waiting room for 40 minutes is not a pleasant way to spend an afternoon. Be prompt if you give an appointment be prompt with the times animals don’t like to wait either.

We appreciate the loving care that Dr. Linn and Dr. Ketchum always provide to our pets. They obviously want the best for our beloved pets. The office staff is very helpful and friendly, too.

I had a 3:00 appointment and arrived at 2:50. Was not seen until 40 min later. Saw people with pets going in and coming out! Had to sit out in vehicle with my dogs due to them being sick with a cough!

Your Quality & Compassionate staff, along with very knowledgeable Docs, makes treating our pets with you a no-brainer!

Dr. Ketchum deserves a medal for all her kindness, patience and expertese she gives each and every animal, each and every day.
