The last two times I was in the clinic I was double charged for items. I called today and got a credit back on my card but that is a problem that needs to be addressed. One time I can understand. People make mistakes but twice in a row? I will definitely be checking the invoice before I leave from now on.

After an animal has surgery it would be nice to have detailed written instructions too, not just the verb ones you get from the tech. Like they told me to feed her soft foods- but I don’t remember how long.....and it wasn’t written.

The only comment I have is I was told when they called about the results of my dogs was the cost was around $100.00 or more but they wanted to keep her until 4:45 until the results of the last test as in. I said ok. When I got there they ask if I wanted to pay my bill before I spoke with the Dr. the total was $350. Which was over twice as much as I thought it would be. I wasn’t happy. I will definitely make sure the next time I have anything done there that I’m informed as to the cost before and not after. Luckily I could afford it. There was a time I couldn’t have. I believe that you should make sure people are informed ahead of time. I’m sure I’m not the only one this has happened to

The tech girl was terrible!! She yelled at me to let go of the leash on Pete. Then when asked about the 51 dollar extra charge she said it was because I asked the doctor a question about Pete licking his feet. She treated the ladies up front with disdain, like if they wore just maids and she was the queen! I prefer to not have any further contact with her if I ever go back. Please let Dr. Linn and Renee know how I feel about this girl. If you don’t have problems with her now, you will.

You have an outstanding staff and clinic. Jenny’s pleasant efficiency was above and beyond. I felt like she truly u deratood my concerns for my pet and would treat him as if he were her ow. This isn’t to say anyone wasn’t! She was just extra great! Thanks!
