I wish the remodeled exam rooms weren’t so cramped and had some seating

The “new look” of the office areas are fantastic! What is even better are the Doctors and Staff who provide state of the art care for my animal companions. Hats off to all of them, especially Dr. Anita Poling!

The front office was very helpful with answering a medication question for me and the tech that took my dog to the back for her vaccines was genuinely attentive to my dog and all of the other animals that came in.

Love the care Daisy gets from Dr Poling and the staff.

It was our first visit and the best service we have received in a while. The vet clearly walked me through what she thought was going on. We were see quickly and with lots of care. All the staff was welcoming and knowledgeable. We didn t feel rushed or overwhelmed. We will be back again!

You really need another Veterinarian. You have a lot of customers and not enough pet doctors.

DR Olive very professional and kind. Makes Me feel Chloe is in good hands. I like in Her explanation that She uses the word Kiddo.

There just is no better veterinary team than Avon Animal Hospital, especially under the leadership and expertise of Dr. Anita Poling. I ve tried others near my new east side home, they just did not measure up, so I now drive 50 minutes each way just to keep my pups care with the Avon Team. Thank you for the consistent excellence.

I absolutely love the staff! Archie does too…he ma be apprehensive leaving me when a technician takes him but I reassure him and he is fine. He is not scared when we pull into parking lot and all employees are amazing and you can tell they care for pet as much as we love them. They are their priority and nothing but best of praise for Dr. Olive.

Cones should be provided, available for purchase or suggested prior to neutering.

They were so friendly , & made sure my pet was comfortable! Very fast & reasonable prices as well !!

I often feel rushed when being seen by the doctor and not fully listened to or feel as though my questions are a bother at times.

Very rude and told one price when I made appointment and $100.00 more when we paid. Way over charged for basically a glorified shot clinic Very much unsatisfied may look at changing to another place.

Even the remodeling wasn t a major issue. The desk staff did a great job maneuvering patients and owners around to avoid issues. Even though the news was bad, Dr. Poling was exceptionally honest, straight forward and compassionate with Skeeter s prognosis.

Dr. Poling is excellent. Caring, thorough, knowledgeable. Goes the extra mile where my pet is concerned. The staff is also Caring and treats my Fiona as if she was there own.

Since COVID, it has been very difficult to get an appointment. I return to Avon Animal Clinic because of Dr. Poling. She is an excellent Dr. and I trust her knowledge and her expertise with my cats. I have been coming here since 2013 and it is disappointing to have to wait weeks or months for an appointment.

Always a five star visit. I have been bringing my cats here for over 15 years.

Pleased with service as we only had a nail trim for our dog. Prices are very high for just a nail trim which will have me looking elsewhere for future trims.

Appreciate the care you have taken of my cat.

Dr Poling is great with my pup and very patient with me. She takes such good care of both of us.
