I cannot schedule through my portal

It is difficult to get a same day appointment for a sick animal without being charged and extra fee as an emergency visit. I feel spots should be held open for same day appointments.

There was a long wait to be seen and then to pay after the appointment. Otherwise, Dr. Poling was so kind, attentive to our concerns and truly caring.

I was very pleased on how fast they were to get my baby girl I. And they were so caring and gentle with clover especially the guy helping the vet by petting her and talking to her to help her from being scared I left there happy satisfied and will only go to Avon animal hospital and no where else

Yes, everyone and everything was great

Everyone there was wonderful, I just felt bad that I called on Wednesday but couldn t get an urgent care visit until Saturday. But honestly, the people there are the greatest.

Dr. Poling is always willing to talk and answer questions, even late in the day.

Everything was great. On a separate note, your website has outdated information on it (upcoming vaccination events in 2019 level outdated) and it is impossible to update my info to remove an old phone number.

As a new client I expressed concern regarding the vaccinations for Daisey. Our dogs are highly monitored and due to their size and weight and experience we are very careful with them. I felt our concerns were brushed over and discounted. We almost lost another chihuahua from vaccinations. As predicted, Daisey had a severe reaction. Due to the quick actions of my hiisband survived. He was getting ready to leave for work so thank god he didnt just drop her off and leave or Daisey would have died. I did not receive a call or flow up from the incident which really bothers me.

Dr. Poling is just fabulous. She is so thorough and caring. it is amazing that she makes time on her days off to follow up with test results, etc. I emphatically recommend her and Avon Animal Hospital.

Everyone there went above and beyond to make sure all of needs were taken care of. The staff and doctor were wonderful!! I was very pleased with my experience.

The whole staff was exceptional, professional and friendly!

My dog Elmo had a horrible allergic reaction at 9pm, then had to rush him to EMERGENCY to get antibiotics injections to fix his face huge swelling. Was there for2 1/2 hours and $220.00 Later he is better now.

Our visit was quite satisfactory. I could not get the stars to click.

The doctors and staff are top-notch. No suggestions on how to improve.

Dr. Anita Poling is exceptional!! She is very knowledgeable and provides excellent care, takes time with her patients, and is always friendly. The staff members are courteous, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure that your pet receives quality care. Highly recommend them!

Thank you for making myself and my furbaby Leeloo feel validated and comfortable at this Clinic. Also thank you for giving Leeloo a towel with feliway to help calm and relax her during our visit. I appreciate that, along with how kind everyone was and how caring they were. We look forward to our August appointment for when Leeloo gets updated on her vaccinations.

No one explained the charges at all - just told me I owed $93.xx, which I thought was rather high for just a heart worm test. What happened to the senior discount?

I really appreciated Dr. Olive taking the time to really listen about my concerns with my dog, and also hear all about her history since this was a new patient visit. Also, when giving me results she was very thorough. I have to also give compliments to the front and back office staff. They were very kind to my nervous and sick dog and were very friendly.
