Always grateful for Dr. Poling. Where is the old staff, all new young girls, miss the other ones, did not know anyone of the girls that night.

Love your staff. Everyone was great and some just came in to say hi to “Stewart” as they have all helped him at some point when he was boarded there. Very sad, you no longer can offer this option.

Dr. Poling, and the staff, simply second to no one. Caring, kind, INTELLIGENT, determined to find solutions. But really, I cannot find the best words worthy of Avon Animal Hospital. I ve tried other veterinarian offices, in short, they do not measure up, so I choose to drive a very long distance to utilize Dr. Poling s expertise and care for my pups, and it is worth it, absolutely.

They were absolutely fantastic with my boy accommodating our needs!! It was so very much appreciated and seeing Dr. Poling petting Duke after his shots and the muzzle came off was just wonderful. He tries to scare people so they don’t scare him. Thank you so much from this crazy shepherd mom. I love the care we receive now and for all the years prior with my husky!! Excellent rating I can’t say enough ??????????

Dr. Polling is amazing. She’s so caring for her patients. She takes her time, explains things and genuinely cares. Her staff is also amazing and very helpful.

It is a shame it takes so long to get an appointment and how long the wait is for surgeries. I understand you are down a doctor. I am not complaining I am just expressing my disappointment. Hope you have some luck soon in finding a new doctor.

Dogs didn’t say anything bad about the visit.

We have been taking Rusty here since we adopted him. Always have had good experiences. Over the past 18 months we have been fighting idiopathic thrombocytopenia, Dr Poling and staff have been veey diligent in providing the best possible care for him to recover. Finally we are getting him back to normal l thanks to the staff at Avon Animal & Bird Hospital. BTW, we miss Dr Marty.

I am very happy with the care my pets receive from the doctors and staff at the animal clinic.

Dr Olive and staff are so nice, fast and thorough!

I would like Sunday clinics again

Avon Animal Hospital gives us great service for our dog Bailey. They look out for and remind us about Bailey’s needs including tests and shots. Dr. Olive is happy to answer all our questions about Bailey and explains things in detail. The girls assisting in the office treat our dog very well like he is special to them also. I highly recommend Avon Animal Hospital.

Prices are a bit high and it seems the o ly way I can get a sick animal in is with the emergency visit which doubles the office call. Otherwise I love the vet and staff.

Dr.Poling and staff always manage to fit my sick cat into their crazy busy schedule. Avon Animal Hospital is doing the best they can with a growing practice and limited staff. So many vet clinics are overwhelmed since Covid...Thank you for doing all you can for your pet patients.

I have never had an issue I am very happy and satisfied.

The person at the front desk was not friendly and never looked up - walked around with head down, no eye contact. My dog was taken back for her vaccine without me which was the first time that has ever happened. When I asked why I couldn t go back - they were gone with my dog. I felt like I was inconveniencing them. I saw many other owners with their dogs in a room. I am also upset that the vaccine clinics are no longer available. If covid is the issue - space out the appointments more. I felt that the tech: visit charge for a vaccine was just a way to make money.
