Dr. Poling is simply the best by every measure. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. The team in general simply makes what could be very stressful into a more pleasant experience, while knowing our pets are getting the absolute best care.

The wait time the day of the appointment was to long. We waited 40 minutes before being seen.

Dr. Poling has a wonderful gift handling cats when they are stressed. She has a calming personality and will answer any questions you may have about your fur-baby. We like the new office decor and cat friendly atmosphere.

As always I love Dr. Poling and her staff they are the best. Paul and Caitlyn are so caring and helpful all the time.

The doctors and staff are knowledgeable and so very caring. I especially appreciated Dr. Poling. She has a way with cats and their owners always putting their fears and/ or concerns to rest by her clear explanations and calm manner. Paul and a young woman assistant were really good with my cat. Dr. POLING is an excellent vet. She takes extra care with the animals. Answers all questions. And is very professional while being kind. The office staff is excellent so well trained. It is easy to get an appointment. There is a very short wait -the checkout process is efficient.

Prices are high. Almost $500 for vaccinations and heart worm medication seems much higher than in the past, probably because there are no more clinics and are being charged for the office visit

Brought my poodle in for an emergency infected anal gland got in the same day everyone was super informative and helpful and gentle with her. Definitely will be coming back here in the future.

Problem with dog limping not resolved. Needs a resolution.

I really like Avon Animal Hospital.it is close to my home.My pets , dog , cats , bunnies , hamsters were all patients there. The vets and vet techs have always been caring , kind and through. It’s usually not fun to see a doctor for animals or people , but this vet clinic is a good place to go for your pets medical needs.

Love the new remodel looks so nice and welcoming.
